In short, I ordered carry out last night for six pizzas and some ranch dipping sauces. When I got home, one of the pizzas was wrong and the ranch dips were not in there. To be clear, this was on me. I should’ve checked my order before I left. It was a busy night for them with the national championship on, and it’d be easy to make a mistake. Regardless, I called when I got home, and I talked with Luke. He immediately owned the problem and offered me a refund for what was missing without hesitation. He had a willingness to want to help. I was blown away by the quality of customer service offered. I highly recommend this location, not only because of the good pizza but also because of the great customer service! Hats off to this Domino’s location.
