My family and I are Muslim, which means we do not consume pork for religious reasons. Every time we order, we are very careful to select toppings that comply with our dietary requirements, such as the cheese cheddar blend with beef and premium chicken. Unfortunately, this is now the third time we have found pieces of bacon on our pizza. At this point, it is no longer reasonable to dismiss this as someone “accidentally adding bacon.” The recurring nature of this issue strongly suggests cross-contamination during food preparation. It appears that employees are handling multiple toppings with the same gloved hands or reaching into different ingredient containers without changing gloves or following proper food-handling procedures. If staff are moving between bacon, pepperoni, beef, and chicken without preventing cross-contamination, this is a serious failure in food preparation. For many customers, this is not simply a matter of preference—it is a matter of religious belief. It is unacceptable to discover pork on food that was specifically ordered to avoid it. Customers should be able to trust that their dietary and religious requirements will be respected. Domino’s needs to address this issue immediately by properly training employees, enforcing strict food-handling procedures, and ensuring that pork products are not cross-contaminated with beef and chicken toppings. This has happened repeatedly, and it has completely undermined our confidence in ordering from this location. I hope management takes this complaint seriously because no customer should have to question whether their order has been contaminated due to careless preparation.
