- EFEric FarrarJul 2, 20264.0I order it was old Pizza the first night and then the second day I went in there and they replaced it and with a fresh hot wonderful pizza and completely the manager was wonderful and they're quick and it's just Domino's it's definitely changed the crust is good crust

I called because I ordered my food at 720 and at 8pm it still hadn't showed up. The person who answered the phone told me it was still out for delivery. I decided to check my front door and it was sitting on the ground. Not sure how long it was there. I opened my pasta and it was the worst I had ever recieved. I called the store back to have it replaced. I did not check the reviews for this store before ordering and that was a mistake. I did leave a complaint with customer service.

Now this is very sad because once more, it proves me that Companies and / or restaurants in the USA don't care at all about the people who they are hiring to do their deliveries or any customer service job. How can Domino's Pizza hire people without the basics of principles who don't even hesitate on opening someone else's order and taking a bite / piece of the food they have to deliver?!?!? Were the munchies so bad that it was even impossible to care?!? And I do need and want to clarify that Domino's Pizza is still MY FAVORITE ONE, but I doubt it that my family will be ordering from this store again. In a couple of weeks I go back to Ecuador since I am only visiting, and I will continue ordering Domino's once a week. This is terrible
