  The Red, White, and Blue Fest was an incredible experience. My entire family had an amazing time. Game Competitions, a pretzel dog eating contest(I won haha), a shopping spree in the winners circle for being the food contest winner, an amazing bbq buffet for dinner, all we can play games, and $5 beers during the World Cup games!!! What an amazing way to spend our July 4th. We followed up the next morning with the $2.50 all you can play passes before heading downtown to klyde Warren park for fireworks! Thank you for an amazing Independence Day weekend! For those reading watch the events on their page I assure I will be attending any of these in the future!

  I’ve frequented many Dave and busters and have always known what to expect but enjoyed my experience. Tonight was very different, it is normal for games to malfunction in an arcade and when we asked Una in game tech for help we had all of our questions answered and problems resolved, we continued to the winners circle where we talked to brandon and again it was a pleasant experience. That was until the manager on duty whose name tag I believe said Casey proceeded to cuss at both of his employees then my husband and I to vent out his frustrations of the night. I understand customer service isn’t always easy but the two employees we dealt with before him were far more professional and approachable than he was. We felt guilty for even asking for a game to get fixed due to the way he spoke to his employees. No employee or patron should feel fearful to speak to a manger. I hope he gets his act together.

  Thank you to Casey for making our little girl's birthday the best birthday ever and one she will never forget. He made sure she had the best possible experience beginning to end and even had the other manager stop by to wish her a birthday also. All of his staff went above and beyond and followed his lead to ensure she had the most amazing experience!!!

  I'm a proud, longtime Dave & Buster's regular. I keep a card on me and it's become a ritual for me and my nieces and nephews whenever I have them. I've never had an issue until this visit, which is why I'm writing this. We ordered the $78.99 and $20 Eat & Play deals plus drinks under Happy Hour, as advertised on the table. Our server Cheyanne was pleasant and attentive at first, and initially told us Happy Hour had ended. After we pointed to the sign, she "checked with her manager" (he later said she never asked him) and came back 10–15 min later confirming it was Happy Hour and said she'd honor the pricing since her mistake caused us to miss part of the window. She then rang in extra drinks by accident. I let it slide since I believed everything was at the Happy Hour rate she'd just promised. While we were away from the table, she cashed us out at full price on all five drinks, contradicting what she'd said minutes earlier. When we questioned it, she told her manager, Lisette, that she had told us Happy Hour was over; the opposite of what she actually said. Lisette took her side with zero investigation and refused to fix it. We'd already tipped $41+ based on a total we thought was accurate. I never authorized full-price charges. What upsets me most isn't even the money, it's that I spent a good chunk of the evening pulled away from my nieces and nephews, trying to sort out a bill I was told would be honored correctly, instead of actually being present with them. That time doesn't come back. I'm not upset about the mistake, mistakes happen. I'm upset that a promise was made, broken, and then misrepresented to management instead of just being corrected. I'm also happy to have corporate pull the camera footage, it may not have audio, but it will confirm the timeline: us repeatedly referring to the advertisement on the table, Cheyanne walking to the manager, the 10–15 minute gap, and her return confirming Happy Hour pricing. Won't be back without checking every line of my bill. Contacting corporate. Check your receipt before you pay.

  IF I COULD GIVE THIS A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW I WOULD. I HAVE NEVER BERN SO EMBARRASSED AND HUMILIATED IN MY LIFE. THE STAFF ARE DEFINITELY DISCRIMINATORY/RACIST AND LIE. WE WENT HERE TO CELEBRATE FATHERS DAY WITH FAMILY. MY HUSBAND LEFT HIS WALKER IN THE CAR. THE WAITRESS REFUSED TO EVEN TAKE OUR ORDER UNTIL HE WENT AND GOT HIS ID. WHICH IS NOT A PROBLEM BUT AS SOON AS HE RETURNED SHE ACCUSED OF BEING INTOXICATED… MIND YOU HE NEVER EVEN ORDERED A DRINK… HER SERVICE WAS HORRENDOUS AND HER ATTITUDE WAS VERY SARCASTIC. FILED A COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO AND THEY HAVENT RESPONDED. I WILL BE CONSULTING WITH COUNSEL BECAUSE OF THE ASSUMPTIONS MADE AND THE TREATMENT WE RECEIVED AFTER.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE OF COLOR.. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. COMPLETELY RUINED WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HAPPY DAY.
