  Absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is electric, food is tasty, and the staff was super attentive. Perfect place for a birthday celebration or just gaming. Will be back!

  Came here for a private event and the experience was pretty abysmal. Bartenders were EXTREMELY slow especially for how big the bar is. I left the main bar several times to go to one of the makeshift ones they had set up because they were so slow. One of the bartenders tried to steal my card after I closed out and I had to chase her down, mind you in the middle of a crowded event. Had I been slightly less sober I probably wouldn't have noticed. Another one tried to AUTOMATICALLY add a charge tip to my payout after she WATCHED ME drop cash into the cash tip jar. Like I agree you deserve to get paid and I'm happy to pay you, but double charging like that feels like stealing. Again, had I not been as sober, I probably wouldn't have noticed. I wouldn't have even cared if the service wasn't so bad but it being so slow on top of clearly being profiled by the security, I had my guard up. I felt very targeted by the guards and even got an extra pat down by the bouncers. My friends noticed too. I don't even feel like I look very Latino so I don't know why they were profiling me other than I was wearing baggy clothing with extra pockets. Which was pretty much dress code for the event. Y'all are weird. Would not come back here for any reason, not even for a special event. I was gonna give at least one star for the game selection but honestly even those were problematic, with my game card constantly running into issues and machines being down left and right. Cidercade in Arlington offers a much better (and less prejudiced) experience for a fraction of the price.

  Felt like no A/C was ON. Ther service was on point but when it comes to gaming the place looks bigger than what it is. Only 2 VR games was there. That would have been cool but the kids that was there was hogging those for a few hours. I might have had the wrong impression of this place cause I thought it was dedicated to the adults. But it was definitely more family and kid friendly. Which is cool but I went on a date night. So if you taking family go for it. But for a date night dont go. Unless you are in your teens...

  The blonde woman with a bun, wearing a black shirt, working the area where you redeem tickets, attended us tonight, August 21st, 2026, and was AMAZING. She was super sweet and one of a kind person. She genuinely made our experience unforgettable. God bless her!!!!

  Love coming to Dave & Buster’s good vibe, energy, chill place to relax with the kids and friends I was having a little bad experience at first, but then one of the managers Jenny she’s very beautiful and manner helped me out to the fullest very professional, need more employees like that kept looking at her help and attend people very professional like I said definitely gonna keep coming back
