  Double check your order before you leave. Make sure they give you the correct drink top they spilled a large drink in my car seats and on me because they didn’t have the correct size lid on it and didn’t even have the decency to tell me before they did it. They also messed my order completely up and just gave me extra napkins for the inconvenience. Can’t even call to complain because the phones don’t work properly either. Plz do better times are hard and people expect their experiences to be pleasant and for the customer service to be on point especially if they’re paying more to get less….highly disappointed in this location.

  Horrible staff not opening win supposed to will not make food or ice cream after 8pm might as well just close this store as a whole

  Employee refused to sell me additional ranch with my order. Insisted it was policy that she could not do it even when I offered to pay extra for it. Employee continued to insist this was a franchise location so she didn’t follow policy of supplying extras, even when paid for, like other locations. I left and went to sonic where I was met with actual customer service. If your employees continue to refuse extras, especially when being offered to pay for them, they are only hurting your business by eliminating potential profits. I suggest educating staff on what à la carte chargers are and appropriate customer service. Power tripping over policy in regards to extra will not create returning loyal customers.

  I always check business hours before making a drive to any business. BH for this location showed closing time at 11 PM and we arrived at 9:55 which was still a good time. Before we could even open the door, an employee came out and told us that they were closed even though it was 9:55 PM. Someone needs to either update business hours on Google or speak to management because this seems like an ongoing issue.

  So if i could take off the star I would but I have to put a star to be able to leave a review...I just left from Deiry Queen 1811 S. Beltline off hwy 175 in Dallas, tx I ordered a whole meal and Large order of Jerlitos they gave me a small and the medium lemonade that tasted nasty they didn't give me my whole meal and charged me almost $20 for a half a meal. Bad for business. I bit into my burger omg disgusting it wasn't even cooked all the way gross 🤮🤢
