- KGKatie GreslApr 17, 20261.0This location infuriates me. Every time I order from here there is an issue. I’m pregnant, ordered a pickup order - got home and the rice in my burrito was RAW. Completely indelible. Call the store, you can’t speak with anyone but an AI chat bot for a refund. Time before that, my order was missing 3 toppings because they “were out”. The time before that I ordered a large chips and got 10 (TEN) chips in the bag. The staff here don’t seem to care about food quality or customer experience. Being pregnant it scares me how the food has been served to me undercooked and raw. I won’t be back and sincerely hope the GM sees this as I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for literally almost 2 decades. I cater business lunches from Chipotle - all that wont continue further. Chipotle has a new target for their customer which I happily fall into but if your marketing audiences elevate, so do the expectations (along with the price increase). Do better.
