  This is my third time (In a month) Going to this Chipotle location - 2242 Fort Worth Ave, Dallas, TX 75211 - And they literally always out of everything hours before closing I don't understand every time I come to this location it never fails This is crazy and it's a Friday night This would be the day you would be stocked up and not have to turn around a customer!! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I waste my time coming to this location Just burning gas I might as well go 10 mi away and get what I want!

  I normally have a fine experience at this chipotle but today I came in the get a pickup order, wasn’t even acknowledged by anyone, the guy working the online order side was too busy flirting with some girl to even pay attention to me, then he finally got to me after she left and my order had been sitting to the side the whole time just getting cold. Then I got home and my order was completely wrong and they gave me the wrong protein after I bought the honey chicken which is the most expensive option since it’s limited time. Then the chipotle bot gave me a free entree code which won’t even cover the guac, queso, and special protein that I got in my order. I’m disappointed by this as someone who works in food service.

  This is the worst Chipotle. I've been to over 20 locations all around the metroplex for work and this is the worst. They are constantly out of items. This is the closest location to my home so I come here about 2 times a week. If you come here in the last 2 hours they are open be ready to be disappointed. A few days ago around 9:30pm they put away everything but the meat and rice. They don't close until 11pm! Also, the employees are almost always unfriendly. They act like they don't want to be there and you're an inconvenience.

  I walked in on a Sunday at 1:30pm. I asked for a bowl and a burrito. I was told "we only have bowls right now" then when I asked "huh?" They said "we also only have brown rice" How do you not have the ingredients to make 2 out of 3 of your food choices?? Send someone to buy tortillas? Don't waste your time with this joke of a business. Ridiculous.

  I understand running out of things happens sometimes, but when there are already multiple complaints about the same issue, it shows this isn’t a one-time mistake.If management knows certain items sell a lot, there should be better planning and ordering to prevent constantly being out of stock. Customers shouldn’t have to keep finding out after ordering or arriving. Better communication and preparation would make a big difference and show more responsibility and respect for customers’ time.
