  Gotta be the worst Chipotle I’ve experienced. I’ve given it several tries but disappointed every time. No point in mobile order, its faster to go to counter and your at least guaranteed to you receive your food. Otherwise get in like with the other 50 people waiting for their mobile orders. Not to mention they are out of stuff constantly, stuff like chicken or steak. How the hell you out of protein???? Poorly managed chiptole slop - please shut down permanently and let a restaurant who actually wants to be there rent the space.

  TWO hours before closing and the staff was focused on closing duties rather than serving the customers. Due to this there was no food options no rice, no beans, no chips, no certain meats just chicken, even trash cans were blocked off already even though they weren’t closed till 2 hrs later. Highly disappointed have heard from some loved ones that they have also had bad experiences at this certain location. Won’t be coming back to this one.

  Walked out with 20 other people because they didn't have rice or beans.. this isn't the first time either. I don't knoe what has happened to this location the past couple of months have really gone downhill. Always out of ingredients the young people there look and act like your bothering them with your business. Its ridiculous get new managers new shift leads someone who knows how to run the store and order the adequate amount ingredients. Do better .

  If I could give these sorry employees -10 stars I would!!!! First of all 6 almost 7:00pm && they already out of protein… too sorry to make more then on top of that no receipt paper is crazy… what make it worst they don’t care… if u ask me they all need to be fired everybody look like they hate working here yall don’t close to 10pm make the food for the paying ppl but they make sure they leave with food n drink…. I will never come back to this location….. really finna reconsider chipotle as a whole cause how do yall keep letting this go on….. so glad they have chiloso I ain’t gotta worry bout yall anymore

  Really, I have just been trying to wrap my head around what I experienced at this location tonight. I will list the things I was deeply disappointed by. • The cilantro lime sauce didn’t taste like what it’s supposed to; it tasted more like light or diet sour cream. • One of the staff brought cheese out from the back and used her bare hands to put it on people’s food. Where is the hygiene protocol? • They ran out of almost all the food, and the chicken and steak were extremely bland. The chicken was white, which clearly shows it wasn’t marinated at all, and neither was the steak. • The rice was very watery, which was strange to see, since most of these items are pre-prepared and then steamed hot. I used to work at Chipotle back in the day, and I know that most of the food is prepared in advance and stored in large fridges until the day it’s needed, with each container dated. So to see all of these mishaps, I’m really not sure what kind of processes this location is following, but it’s not one that complements the standard of work established by Chipotle at the corporate level. I’m deeply disappointed. I had a large order and had to throw my food away because of how bad it was. Something needs to be done, because this is simply not okay and should never be deemed acceptable. I hate to give a 1 star review but it honestly deserves less. A change needs to be made.
