  Luckily the hospital is not to far if you pass out but if you want high blood pressure just come to this location and order the guacamole. It never comes with lemon juice just lots of salt every time.

  This Chipotle is wildly bad. We go here because it's the closest to us, but today will be the last visit. We are already used to poor service and very disengaged crew and managers. They decided to start pre closing 4 hours before close... Wild. It took a line to the door for crew to actually help (only 1 TM on the entire line). This Consistent level of service is embarrassing.

  I wish I could give zero stars. I live really close to this location but started going back to the Lakewood location solely because of horrible customer service. Every time I’ve picked up my order there are 2 people at the register that are only busy with ignoring me and pretending I don’t exist. When I do tell them I’m there for a pick up order, they say “she will help you” and point to someone who’s actually working. So then I’m interrupting someone trying to fulfill orders and they seem really annoyed that I exist and purchased food. It really makes me feel like a POS every time I leave, so I go elsewhere. Just a note as I work in retail, if people don’t come in and buy things from you, you won’t have a job for very long.

  This is not the second time I’ve experienced this while visiting Chipotle. The restaurant appears to be severely understaffed, yet there are multiple crew members present who seem unsure of what they should be doing. While customers wait in line for 20+ minutes just to be acknowledged, employees are walking back and forth instead of helping move the line along. The line regularly wraps around the restaurant, and unfortunately the staff seem more focused on personal conversations than providing customer service. What’s most frustrating is that this appears to be a recurring issue that has been mentioned in numerous reviews, yet there doesn’t seem to be any effort from management to address it. The lack of urgency, organization, and customer care is highly unprofessional and creates a very poor experience.

  Estuvo pésima mi experiencia fue mi primera y última vez k boy air a este lugar el servicio donde sirven la comida sobretodo estuvo muy mal una mujer origen africano k estaba sirviendo las ensaladas el área de las ensaladas avía 2 una con lentes y torta no la que no mérese estar en ese lugar es la que no usaba lentes y le pregunté que era una salsa como blanca y me contestó esa es extra y cuesta y mi niña no quería salsa picante y le puso no dejó que pidiera lechuga 🥬 lo tapo y a mi niño le puso queso y el no quería queso de verdad fue un fracaso ir a chipotle 😣😤me trató con racismo y pensó k no tenía para pagar e verdad me hizo sentir mal y enojar no lo recomiendo 👎🏼pero también boy hablar de lo k si me gustó el muchacho que estaba cobrando el si mérese estar ahí me trató 💯bien
