  This is honestly getting ridiculous. I’ve now had the same experience at multiple Chipotle locations. The amount of protein they serve compared to what they charge is unacceptable. I ordered steak and barely got four or five tiny pieces on a spoon that looked half-empty. For the prices Chipotle charges, customers should be getting a fair and consistent portion of protein. This clearly isn’t just one location — it seems to be a company-wide issue. Employees need to be properly trained so portions are served consistently and according to a real standard, not depending on who’s behind the counter that day. People are paying premium prices and expect portions that actually match the cost. Please do better.

  Employees at this location are always welcoming and friendly. Restaurant always clean and the food is amazing.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill during the lunch rush today. There were only TWO employees working the entire store, which already created a stressful environment and long wait times. I understand being short staffed is difficult, but the customer service was unacceptable. When it was finally my turn to order, I was given one scoop of rice. I politely asked for more rice, and the employee only added half a scoop. When I asked again for a little more rice, he immediately caught an attitude. The most frustrating part was while I was customizing my bowl the way I wanted it. I asked for my bowl to be made in a specific order rice, then queso, then protein , because that’s how I wanted MY food prepared. The employee responded by telling me I was “doing too much.” Last time I checked, Chipotle’s entire concept is built around customization. Customers should be able to order their bowls, burritos, or tacos how they prefer without being disrespected for it. The lack of staffing, poor attitude, and rude comments made this a terrible experience. Management seriously needs to do better with both staffing and customer service training.

  Today I arrived around 12:30pm. I was standing behind a nicely dressed white man. When he approached the black worker that had glasses on, she greeted him with lovely smile. When I, a black man walked up, I was not greeted and her facial expression stiffened. I greeted her and she did not greet me back. It was very rude and embarrassing. The next person seemed to rush me. I would like to think the two Hispanic cashier workers who were very professional. I will not be returning, customer service is very important to me.

  I have been to probably 100 chipotle’s in my life. I am familiar with their recipes and get the same thing almost every time. They didn’t even bother to shred the cheese it looks like they just crumpled it with their hands? Also, the line to the pick up order was heavily confusing, hectic and the women working at 12:15 on April 7th were super rude to other customers not me but it was very sad seeing them argue with paying customers and wave their hands and speak angrily in Spanish which most of us could understand even if you aren’t fluent.
