They also don’t have drink carriers is what they told me when I asked to take multiple drinks I ordered. A Hispanic chubby girl with glasses at the register was telling the other employees to tell clients there is still no chicken ready yet and to wait. I appreciate they gave me my bowls eventually but I do not think they should run out of protein that early in the day and right before lunch time. Poor service and management. The employees service was good, except the one lady described earlier was meh.

She dumped my food out in front of me and refused to talk about what just happened. I was very confused. Also, the restaurant was completely disgusting… Not a clean table in the restaurant definitely will not be returning to this Chipotle.

The amount of protein they serve compared to what they charge is unacceptable. I ordered steak and barely got four or five tiny pieces on a spoon that looked half-empty. For the prices Chipotle charges, customers should be getting a fair and consistent portion of protein. This clearly isn’t just one location — it seems to be a company-wide issue. Employees need to be properly trained so portions are served consistently and according to a real standard, not depending on who’s behind the counter that day. People are paying premium prices and expect portions that actually match the cost. Please do better.
