- VSVishal SAug 27, 20261.0Very disappointed with this Chipotle location. I don’t understand why customers have to keep asking for more chicken even after paying for double chicken. The scoops they use often look half-full or less, which makes it feel like you’re not getting what you paid for. Customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask for the correct portion, especially when paying extra. Please improve the portion consistency and customer service. Trying to save a little on portions can end up costing you loyal customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I went with a burrito bowl loaded with chicken, rice, black beans, cheese, pico, corn salsa, and some sour cream. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were actually pretty generous, so I definitely got my money’s worth lol. The chicken had good flavor, the corn salsa gave it a nice little sweetness, and everything mixed together really well. The employee making my bowl was friendly and didn’t skimp on the toppings, which is always a win. The line moved pretty quick, the restaurant was clean, and my food was ready to go without much waiting around. It’s a pretty easy spot when you want something filling but still want to choose exactly what goes in your meal. Definitely left full and satisfied. I’d pull up again when I’m craving a big burrito bowl.
