Buen lugar, lo que no me gustó fue que las mesas se encontraban algo sucias, yo se que tienen bastante demanda y a lo mejor no tienen el suficiente personal, pero tienen que mejorar en ese sentido. Por lo demás todo muy bueno 👌
Nasty atmosphere. Workers look depressed, give attitude - can’t blame them, they seem short staffed. Plates laying around everywhere. Food sub par. Treat your workers better chipotle. Shame on you.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Chipotle located at 39779 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway. Every time I come during lunch, there is only one person working the line and one cashier, even when the line is literally backed up past the doors. Instead of management stepping in to help during a rush, customers are left standing there waiting while employees struggle to keep up.
When it was finally my turn to order, the young lady preparing my bowl started packing my food down with her hands. I politely asked for the bowl to be remade, and the manager, Brandy, immediately got an attitude because I requested fresh food. When they remade the bowl, there was guacamole mixed all through the cheese area. I am allergic to guacamole, so I asked for it to be remade again for safety reasons. Instead of understanding the seriousness of a food allergy, Brandy became visibly upset and acted like I was inconveniencing her.
The line itself was also extremely messy and unclean, which only made the situation worse. Cleanliness and food safety should always be a priority, especially when dealing with allergies.
Another issue is professionalism. Whenever Brandy is there, the atmosphere is unpleasant. Her attitude toward customers is unacceptable, and during multiple visits I’ve also noticed her son running around the lobby unsupervised, disrupting customers while she’s working. That is not professional at all.
I understand lunch rushes can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with respect, food allergies should be taken seriously, and the restaurant should be properly staffed and maintained.
* Please Note that I did want to record with the toddler running around the lobby, but because it’s somebody’s child and they’re a minor I’m not going to do that however, I am asking that management runs the cameras back to view this.
Food tasted unseasoned compared to other locations. 4oz chips was not 4oz. Requested utensils when I ordered on the Chipotle app, but they were not included.

My god the serving stations are absolutely disgusting! Food EVERYWHERE, random food pieces in other food (like finding corn in my lettuce), and the kitchen was absolutely disgusting and a disaster, old oil sitting near the fresh food they’re cooking and food everywhere on the counters as well, mind you I saw nobody attempting to keep it clean it was like a normal thing ????? And then one of the workers was wearing a bonnet !! So unprofessional and unsanitary. This location is just bad and disgusting, please go to the one on Fort Worth ave.
