Employees like Olivia, Ivan, Natalie and Pedrito made this location feel welcoming and genuinely cared about the customer experience. Whether they’ve moved on or are working fewer hours, their presence is definitely missed. The food is still consistently good, although I’ve noticed that after 9:00 PM, some menu items are often unavailable, which can be disappointing. I hope management invests more in customer service and customer experience. Great food brings people in, but friendly, attentive employees are what keep customers coming back.

I ordered a steak burrito, but in this instance, it was greatly under-cooked. The steak itself was a bright pink and mushy texture. I do not believe it was prepared appropriately. I had gone to the manager to inform him the steak was ill prepared, but he stated, “that’s how Chipotle always cooked their steak.” As a frequent customer, I know this to be false. I continued to stand at the counter in the hopes he would reconcile the situation, but he did not. The manager was ready to go and did not want to assist me any further. I had no choice but to throw away the burrito for my own health and safety. I am extremely upset with Chipotle and I have hopes that you all can assess this matter and assist in my situation. I trust Chipotle will rightfully reconcile and compensate me for my experience.
