  Absolutely terrible service. I walked in, 4 people standing around talking, did not acknowledge me just looked at me then kept talking. Mind you I was the ONLY person in line! It took the person at the cash register to look over and help me after ringing someone up. The food tasted bad, was not seasoned well. It seemed as if there was no manager at all. I will never be coming here again, if I could give 0 stars I would.

  I walked in to purchase some food this place where they keep the food at was so nasty just so unclean I told the person thats okay I will go somewhere else and eat this place is too nasty. She didn't care.

  Came in around 10:25 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted 11 PM closing time, just to grab food to-go. I also work in the service industry, so I understand wanting to clean and prepare to close. What I don’t understand is treating customers like an inconvenience while you’re still open... It took a minute for the customer ahead of me to even be acknowledged, despite an employee (Daniella) being right there. Once it was my turn, the rice, beans, and proteins were still out, but the ENTIRE toppings section had already been put away in the back where customers couldn’t see anything. I asked the employee making my burrito if she could pull the toppings forward so I could see my options. Instead, she repeatedly asked “what else?” with a dismissive attitude. How am I supposed to know what else I want when I can’t see what’s available? The cashier (Nayely) was equally dismissive when I ordered chips and queso. I wasn’t asked what size I wanted, but when I questioned receiving the small queso, I was told customers normally specify “large or regular.” I wasn’t trying to dine in or keep anyone there after closing. I came in, ordered my food, and left. This entire interaction could have been much quicker if we had simply been acknowledged and assisted instead of being treated like an inconvenience. If you’re open until 11 PM, customers coming in at 10:30 shouldn’t be rushed or treated rudely because closing procedures have already started.

  I love Chipotle, but this Mockingbird location had me questioning everything 😂. I ordered a burrito and somehow ended up needing a bowl just to eat it..just look at how it was wrapped. Almost half of my steak fell out while they were struggling to put it together, and at one point it honestly felt like they were playing with my food. I could barely pick it up to take a bite without the whole thing falling apart. Normally I would’ve asked for a refund, but I wasn’t trying to make trouble. I’ll definitely think twice before coming back to this location.

  I didnt give a star for food because nobody came up and took our order. There was only one person at the register, 3 workers in the back and all they did was look at their phones and chatted with each other. We waited for 5min and no one came up to help. There was a couple waiting in line before us and another customer behind me in line and we all walked out because no one was taking our order
