The girl who served me didn't even take my order correctly; she was too busy soaking up compliments from another customer whose order she had already finished. Honestly, I wouldn't go back—not just because the service was abysmal and practically non-existent, but because she didn't even pay attention to my order.

My mobile order was 20 minutes late past the promised pickup time today, and this is now the fourth time in a row I’ve had a significant delay at this same location. What made today especially frustrating was that there were literally zero customers waiting in the in-person ordering line, yet management would not allow the employees working up front to help with the backlog of mobile orders. I asked to speak with a manager, and management wouldn’t even come speak to me directly. Instead, they communicated with me through the employee working the register. No explanation. No apology. No attempt to make the situation right. Not even an offer of a drink while I stood there waiting. The delay was long enough that I missed a meeting because I relied on the pickup time Chipotle gave me. After four chances, I’m done with this location.

Had a online order with one item takes 20-25 mins to make it. Then they'll finish it and have order sitting and waiting on the back which wastes more time. I get it it's not a glamorous job but damn can y'all work like y'all got some sense of time and organization
