- FSFreida SilvaAug 9, 20262.0I love chipotle but as of lately they never open on time. On the website say they open at 10:45am. I go there for my lunch break they never open the door on time the last 3 times I’ve been there there is a line of people waiting outside for them to open everyone looks upset. It’s ridiculous that they open the doors at 11am, no respect for people time honestly.

The food containers and the glass serving area were covered with spilled rice, beans, pico de gallo, queso, lettuce, and other ingredients. It looked like no one had bothered to clean the serving station for a long time. The employees didn’t seem to care about keeping the food preparation area clean. It was very disappointing and not what I expect from Chipotle.

You would think they would be more considerate since they are located in front of a hospital. My child was hospitalized and decided to get some food here, made my day even worse. Employees are rude, talk to you like your an inconvenience for a mobile order. I was standing to the side of the register waiting for my order and they told me to get in line. Then when it is my turn, the girl serving turned around and said she’s gonna go cut lettuce. The other girl told me to wait as she stocks. Food was super dry. No one said says hello, thank you, or even your welcome. I asked for my drink that I ordered and the lady said “did you look in the bag?” While she rolls her eyes. Terrible service, lost my appetite.

I understand not wanting to make certain things at 10:30pm but me coming in at 10pm. You want to have an attitude and be out of everything. Also same thing happen Wednesday at 8pm everything looked old at out dated and rude employees. I had to go to the chipotle on Preston for freshness. Someone call the FOOD DEPARTMENT AND SHUT IT DOWN

The AC is busted too. This location very regularly is so late with online orders that you can get there 10 minutes late and it would still take less time to just go through the line. Absolutely lunacy and ineptitude on the part of management
