They people making your food are touching their face, their phones, picking stuff off the bar area and throwing it back in the food container. I told them how gross they were. You should be ashamed and need training and mannerisms. Gloves touching everything, watched a to go order be flopped around and touch everything on the way down the line. The food I just bought definitely going in the trash. You should be ashamed. What a waste of $16. I’m calling the food inspector and reporting what I’ve just witnessed.

I show up at noon on a Monday expecting to lose most of my lunch time. Imagine my surprise when I walk in, the line is tiny, and within 2 minutes I'm already out the door with my burrito. Insane speed! Excellent efficiency. Parking is the hardest part, which is barely their fault.

They must’ve gotten a new chef or something because the bowl I had tn was DELICIOUS. Super well seasoned, fresh, good serving size. Much improved from previous experiences at this location

I am extremely angry and disappointed with the order I just picked up from this Chipotle location. The rice was terribly cooked. There were so many hard, undercooked pieces that it literally felt like I was chewing on small rocks. You seriously need to pay attention to how the rice is being cooked, ESPECIALLY when your bowls are filled with more rice than protein. If rice is going to make up such a large portion of the bowl, then there is even more reason to make sure it is actually cooked properly before serving it to customers. You have already reduced the amount of protein you serve while increasing your prices. Now I have to pay extra for double protein, and even then the amount of protein I receive is still ridiculously small. And on top of that, you have the nerve to serve me a bowl full of badly cooked, rock-hard rice? This is the SECOND TIME this has happened to me. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. Again, if your product is going to contain more rice than protein or practically anything else, then the absolute minimum you can do is make sure the rice is properly cooked. And seriously, put someone at this location—and at every location—who actually checks the rice before you start serving it to customers. Someone needs to verify that it is properly cooked instead of just filling bowls with it and expecting customers to accept whatever they are given. The next time I get another bowl with this rock-hard, undercooked rice, I am bringing it straight back, and I am going to ask the people serving these bowls to eat it themselves so they can see whether THEY can eat an entire bowl of rice cooked like this. This is completely unacceptable.
