  I've been to this location many times, but on my last visit I was disappointed to find a dying cockroach on the counter next to the salsa. I pointed it out to the server and left. Management at this location needs to make sure it's kept clean.

  I really hate leaving reviews like this because I genuinely love Chipotle, but I would not want this location to be someone’s first experience with the brand. I visited on Saturday, September 12th around 12:00 PM, and the manager on shift was unnecessarily rude and dismissive toward me. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when I asked for the manager’s name, the employees refused to provide it. On top of the poor customer service, the steak portion I received was honestly ridiculous. I could literally count about 8 pieces of steak in my bowl. I understand portions are measured, and I’m not expecting employees to overload my food, but what I received did not feel remotely like a proper serving—especially considering what Chipotle charges. The biggest issue for me isn’t even the amount of steak. It’s how the situation was handled. A manager should be setting the standard for customer service, not making a customer feel uncomfortable simply for raising a reasonable concern. I’ve had plenty of great experiences at Chipotle, which is exactly why this stood out so much. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this particular location. I really hope someone from Chipotle management looks into who was managing the store at noon on September 12th and addresses this, because this is not the experience customers should be getting.

  Don’t waste your money! Customer service poor-staff are AI robots- they don’t listen or care about your needs or expectations! These people need to be trained on customer service! Hire me and I’ll fire all of them and hire you the right ones that will improve your brand!

  They make good food and are relatively quick however their customer services leaves a lot to be desired. Every single time I go they lack communication and sometimes just stare at you and walk by. Every single time I have a pickup/mobile order I get the notification in the app that it’s ready and waiting at the pickup shelves near the register… it’s NEVER ready. Today after being notified it was ready and waiting on the shelves I went inside immediately, it was really slow, I was the only person there, yet my food was not ready, when I asked about it they said they were still making it, I didn’t finally get my food until 10 minutes later.
