  The reason the service was a 3 was due to the black curly haired girl, probably in her 20s, and has an attitude, was also most likely a manager. Was lazy while her team was working hard, especially during the rush hour. A girl with blonde highlights, who also had the same manager uniform, came in and was the one that was very nice and working the hardest, especially since she was also directing the team while the other girl walked out. I take my chipotle very seriously so this affected my experience. This isn't fair to the other workers, and the other manager woth the highlights, that were working hard while the girl with the curly hair was just standing there and not helping her team. Something needs to be done regarding the manager with the curly hair because its not right that she walked out the minute another manager came in.

  Atmosphere is good. Service is terrible. They never prioritize customers in the restaurant vs mobile orders or doing chores in the kitchen. Every time I eat here I get deathly ill also. I won’t be back

  Location doesn’t know how to handle mobile orders. They will have a line 10 customers deep and just completely ignore all ten of them while making mobile ticket orders in front of their face (lol). Never seen anything like it. It’s 8:20pm at the time of writing this review and every tabletop in the restaurant is dirty. Just understand the service and atmosphere might suck at this location - food has been good.

  If you want tiny portions (managers orders I’m sure), rude staff, and veggies that aren’t cooked, this is the Chipotle location for you! Chipotles have gotten smaller with the portions, but this is ridiculous. Half a scoop of meat and then being harassed if you ask for more. The chicken was not flavorful any of the times I’ve been there and one of the girls on the line literally only answers with grunts when you ask for something. The only reason I gave service 2 stars is one of the ladies was nice out of the 4 times I’ve been. Not going to try this one again despite the fact that I can walk to it. I’ll just drive up to Lovers lane.
