- RRRenotta3 days ago1.0I walked in to the Chick-Fil-A at 08:40PM and was greeted by Allanah and she was very polite and I stated I came in to buy a Milkshake and she mentioned the machine maybe down but you can check to see.I then approached the counter and was indeed disappointed that the machine was being shut down at 08:30PM 30 minutes before store closure to begin with,I then immediately began to walk out when The sweet young lady Allanah apologized for not having what I wanted at the moment then she gave me the time of closing and said since this happened I would like to get you a drink of another kind if you would like.I said sure that is so kind of you. A Sweet Tea is my favorite and then She was making the drink for me and was immediately interrupted by a young man Gama Store Manager right in front of me saying No you will not give her a Drink.I then stated to the manager I don't feel that was professional at all to interrupt her while helping a regular customer and I said you should correct her in secret not right in front of the customer he replied I did just correct her and I said but you should not have corrected her in front of me the customer that is now you disappointing the customer and causing me to be upset.He said I didn't want you to think you can come back and have anything free next time.I said Sir that is apart of customer service what she just did goung above and beyond. Mr.Gama Store Manager is very disrespectful and Very Rude he picks and chooses who to grant customer service to and He should treat all customers the same.He made me feel very unwanted and he didn't care he stopped her from granting my smile.He abused his power and needs to be taught what true customer service really is.I am very disappointed I still left without my Sweet Tea he did not allow her to help me at all.I hate I ever came into this location this evening after my experience here.
