  I visited Chick-fil-A today, and I want to share my experience with online and curbside orders. Honestly, it’s a recurring issue. When you order by phone or curbside, the process isn’t efficient. What really bothers me is that when you place an order online, you still have to line up with the drive-thru customers, which creates a lot of disorganization when ordering online. For example, today I placed an online order, and after 20 minutes, they told me it didn’t go through, so I had to wait even longer. They really need to improve how they handle online orders.

  If there were an award for “How Not to Run a Night Shift,” the management at Chick-fil-A a would win it by a landslide. The level of disorganization is so wild it almost feels intentional. Drivers are forced to sit in a line for food we’re not even eating, watching the minutes tick by while orders that should already be bagged and ready just… sit. The fact that a basic employee can’t look up, see what we’re waiting on, and simply go get the order so we can deliver it is beyond ridiculous. There’s no system. No urgency. No awareness. Just a bunch of people standing around while delivery drivers lose time, money, and patience. Night management should’ve come up with a better process ages ago. Instead, we’re stuck in a loop of waiting for food that isn’t ours, watching a team that seems confused about the very job they’re supposed to be managing. It’s not just inconvenient — it’s incompetent.

  The guy that help at the beginning was nice and helpful the lady that is giving the food was rude she gave me looks and attitude was missing an ice cream and kids drink I told her nicely and she gave me attitude came back with the stuff and said your welcome didn’t get her name but she was tall skinny with makeup and pink nails as well as African American I felt discriminated and disrespected by this lady.

  Friendly staff quick and efficient been going there for breakfast with my grandson, he loves there mini.

  I had to give the service less stars because she did input my request correctly. I specifically asked for no blue cheese on my market salad, but it was still mixed in. Plus there was extra blue cheese on the side.I also asked for extra almonds & granola, but it was not given. I was highly disappointed & the taste & smell of blue cheese makes me gag.
