    I asked for fresh fries and was told everything comes fresh which is a lie. the fries was not fresh and a bunch of small hard ones. I won’t be back here because who do yall think have to spend the money here. Yall basically said forget what I’m asking for and do whatever yall want too

    Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your restaurant. I placed a mobile order for a breakfast biscuit meal ahead of time because I know breakfast service ends at a specific time, and I wanted to ensure I could still receive the meal I was craving. I expected that by placing and paying for my order in advance, it would be honored when I arrived. However, when I got to the restaurant, I was told that I could not receive the breakfast meal I had already ordered because breakfast service had ended. Instead, I was offered only two breakfast items as substitutes, neither of which I wanted. Since those options were not acceptable, the employee canceled my order. The situation became even more frustrating because the refund was not immediately available in my account. As a result, I was unable to place a new order from the lunch menu since those funds were still pending. I ended up going to work late, without any food, and very disappointed with the overall experience. To make matters worse, I am currently pregnant, and this breakfast meal was a craving I had specifically planned for that morning. While I understand that breakfast hours have to end, I don’t understand why a mobile order that was placed and paid for in advance could not be fulfilled, or why there wasn’t a better solution offered. I have always enjoyed Chick-fil-A and have come to expect excellent customer service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope you will review what happened and consider a resolution for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Slowest chick fil a of all time. Whatever you do, don’t go in the right drive through lane. The left lane is 5 cars faster. At least.

    I had gotten a drink and walked out to my work van, when I went back inside to get a refill I was told i could not get a refill since I had stepped out the door and was not dining in. Highly unusual policy as I've worked at several CFA Locations and never heard of a policy such as this. Especially since most Locations have outside dining areas

    The worst customer service of all! This location certainly doesn't live up to the brand. The location is never clean. Also, I have been to Chick-fil-a all over the United States and have NEVER been charged for condiments. This is a poor representation of the brand
