    Mobile order- pickup via Drive thru. Pulled up to the Drive thru and was advised my order was still being prepped and to pull up to the red sign to wait, which is no problem.. After 4ish minutes, I decide to go in and ask what's the status. Provided my name and given a bag from the in-store pickup area, and it was the wrong order.. Went back inside asked to speak to someone else. My correct order was sitting in the in-store pickup area. There's no point in me selecting Drive thru if you're going to put my order somewhere else to sit and get cold.

    Everyone in a red shirt does well! The people in lighter shirts , if management can do better in communicating to guest. If someone wants to get condiment and didn’t purchase food the next step is to just charge Currensy for the condiments. Instead of turning people away . It comes off a certain way the normal response is to say we charge this amount if you want one . Too cold turkey say you can’t have it . Either way still people see and saw the manager and just gave me theirs . Either way it looks away doing that to the point bystanders are like “Hell it’s just a condiment he can have mine” it’s silly either way going to enjoy the sauces either way

    I placed a mobile carry out order and received the notification that it was ready to be picked up. However when I got to the pick up area my order wasn’t there, it took me about five minutes to finally get the attention of a team member and when I told her that my order was ready and I couldn’t find it, all she said was “it’s not here” and walked of to do everything under the sun but help me. Finally after another ten minutes of waiting another team member came up and asked what I need and I explained to her again that my app says my order is ready but it’s not here. She then went and got who I presume is her manager (white lady with blond curly hair) who was honestly very rude and not understanding of the situation and proceeded to tell me that the app wasn’t part of them and that even with the proof of my order, if I wanted the food I would have to pay yet again then and there. She told me that the first charge would fall of in a day or two (it never did). So I’ve already called customer service to try to get my money back but to no avail. Very frustrating that I was charged twice for one singular order. This location honestly needs to train their staff better. Horrible experience.
