  I love Chick Fil A, but this one is very slow compared to others. I wouldn’t come if you are in a rush. Also, as a general comment, seems like portions have gotten much smaller recently (as of May 2026) but prices increase. Unfortunately, I will be taking a break from fast food until this shrinkflation ends.

  Do not come here! Easy breakfast order takes 15 min. I’ve ordered chick fil an over 1000 times. This was the longest wait of my life. Find a different chick fil a. They are all faster.

  I only have 30 minutes to take my lunch and I accidentally went into the mobile drive-through line. Because of that they refuse to take my order. Then I had to sit in the drive-through line waiting until I got to the front. They did not offer to help me when I got to the drive-through line and just told me I had to pull back around and go through the entire line again. By that time I had to go back to work so I literally missed my lunch for all day.

  Food and Service are always excellent, store is clean I only took away a star because because operationally it makes no sense for the mobile-thru line to be on the inner lane because when the regular drive-thru is backed, you can’t access the mobile-thru e without waiting just as long as the regular line, which kinda defeats the purpose. Swapping the lanes on the outside would allow for a fast lane to the mobile through.🤔 I thought this for a while, but ironically, while waiting to get through the line I had time to write the review 🤣

  I'm pretty disappointed, I've been going here for years. They have had someone outside always, and the one day they don't have anyone out there, I didn't expect for the speaker to take my order. So as I was driving past it, then someone speaks through the mic and I couldn't reverse back because the line behind me I was expecting for the young man to take my order and maybe send me foward to wait so the drive through could flow But now I guess you have to drive back around. That line was long and I already say through it. I just laughed it off, didn't argue and pulled off to somewhere else So when I finally decide to come back to Chick-fil-A, they reject me from making an order. So maybe it wasn't meant to be and I should not come back for some time again. I do miss Chick-fil-A, the way everything was made before, and the service did seem to be more knowledgeable back in the day. But that's how it goes, when everything is inflated, prices are up and certain restaurant policies change in every aspect.
