  I wish I had gotten names, because my experience today was very disappointing. I stopped by after receiving an email stating that this location was giving away free sandwiches to school staff. When I arrived, a young employee told me that this location “never does that.” I explained that I had an email confirming the promotion, but after checking with a manager, he came back and insisted that the information was incorrect. As I started pulling up the email on my phone to show proof, the employee abruptly told a coworker—within earshot—that he was going to start helping the customers behind me, in a noticeably rude tone. I then asked another employee if she could tell me who the name on the email was, and she responded dismissively that she had no idea and that they were not running that event. The overall interaction felt unprofessional and discourteous. I’ve come to expect better customer service, especially from a company that promotes strong values. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning to this location after being a loyal customer for several years.

  The buisness was busy and not slowing down and despite how crowded and busy they were the associates were all kind. all hands on deck even th manager was delivering food and assisting with customers

  I tried the new Jalapeño Ranch Club Sandwich wrapped in lettuce at Chick-fil-A The lettuce wrap makes it a great lighter option if you’re watching carbs, but you still get that crispy chicken, bacon, cheese, and jalapeño ranch flavor that hits just right. Service was also excellent Alex very attentive to my order 👍 place was super busy at the time and the line moved very quickly! Overall, fresh, flavorful, and great service

  We just left here after being completely humiliated and spoken extremely rudely to. There are 2 order lines exactly like the store at the other end of northwest highway. I've never been to this one before. I was in the right hand order lane and stayed there because I thought I was supposed to... An Hispanic man gave us our food and then began raising his voice to us and told us to stay in line next time!!! I asked him what he meant... he said "it's for bad people to get out of"... whatever that means... I apologized for not knowing that and told him we will never come back to this location! Horribly treated!
