  This is the third time I'm feeling racially profiled at this particular location. Before i go to work or head home i like to get soup here and healthy drinks. The first time i had this kind of encounter that made me feel this way i was looking for some type of tea leaves to make hot tea with. I forgot the name of the tea but the workers just pointed me in the direction. I told them i have catoract but no one assisted me in the way i should've been assisted. They just acted like i wasn't even there. The second time i don't rememeber because i didn't have time to deal with it. I Just got my stuff and felt i needed to leave because i wasn't welcomed there and i didn't want to be pulled out of character so I just left. Though the one manager is great at his job because he made me make the discision to come back and try it again I just don't remember him but I'm sure he remembers me. This last time I did my normal thing but i wasn't happy with the soup so i got mashed potatoes and a fountain drink which i shouldn't have tried it because it messed my stomach up and i went to use the restroom and i wasn't in there a good 15 min and someone was knocking at the door but it wasn't a regular knock. I could tell because of the consistancy of the knock and their tone and i responded: Someone's in here. Then when i came out I had words with this Hispanic lady about me being in the restroom for a long time which i wasn't. They can go run the Camara back if they want to really see the time. Then I told her look lady i had to use the restroom. I can't just cut it off meaning stop taking a crap because you say so. Then she walked off and they're there was a heavy set Caucasian lady that walked into the restroom i had just come out and she told me what happened. She said there was a lady needing to use that restroom in a wheelchair. I told her I'm sorry but i had to go. She also apologized then i told her I'll try and wait. Then my stomach started to bubbling and i was about to go into the one they just cleaned and the Hispanic lady said are u going back to the restroom. You just came out of this one and i almost lost it but i told her. I don't care if i did if i have to use the restroom i have to use the restroom. Then i walked out of the restroom area and into the seating and eating area. Then all of a sudden security is approaching me and i knew what was going on so I told him what happened. I told him I don't cause any problems when i come here. I shop and get what i want then I'll sit and get on my phone looking for an online business to do or just watch a movie before it's time for me to go and when the movies over i just leave. He said I know. I see you coming here all the time. You'll get your food site and eat then leave. Then i said was going to use the restroom but I think I'm going to just leave. Then he let me know i was no longer welcomed there because he told me i would have to find some place else like Tom Thumb across the street. He apologized and i told no don't apologize for their stupidity. I told him I've never been kicked out of a store for using the restroom while being black. I'm thinking about seeing if there's any legal action I can take next but if you're a so called black man and I'm in inform a well. Don't use the restroom there because you might get kicked out for using the restroom while being black. Shanon Pence was the one on duty at the time and made the request to the security officer to perform these duties. I'm not upset with the officer. I told him I'm not upset with you because you have a job to do so why make your job difficult.

  This is a question and request. I would like to know when you will build a Heb on Hwy 45 between Hutchinson and Ferris. More and more homes and apartments are being built along or near Hwy 45. This is a true food desert along Hwy 45. I love shopping at Heb. Please, Pease say this will happen soon. The closest is 11 to 14 miles away. Thank you .

  Buyer beware of the HEB Turkey dinner for 2! Very small portions and ridiculous that you promote it as such ! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!

  Alla in customer service hung with me and placed my Thanksgiving order. She was patient and upbeat and stayed with it through three phone calls. Thanks again!
