  The market is normal. Like any other central market. The only issue is the employees and their bad attitude. Bad customer service. They gave so much attitude to this older white lady who was clearly struggling and didn’t really try to help her. And another employee rolled her eyes when I ask to get something from the fish section. Bad bad bad

  OUTSTANDING! Shopping today at this location. Lots of friendly faces and grocery items Always fresh and stocked. The only thing not available was the Zucchini muffins 😢 , keep em coming Central Market PLEASE 😋 💜. Want to give a Big THANK YOU to Ms. Rosy (Cashier register 6) for your warm smile and quick checkout experience. And an EXTRA special THANK YOU to Mr. Jeff for his warm smile and asking how my family would like our groceries sacked to make sure everything was right and eggs wasn’t cracked. EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service by both Employees.

  I’ve been to several Central Market locations, and this was by far my least favorite. While I was shopping, I stopped at the meat counter to get some chicken thighs. The employee helping me seemed very unhappy and uninterested. He barely made eye contact or acknowledged me, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. This store felt quiet and lacked the friendly, energetic atmosphere I usually expect from Central Market. I hope they can improve the customer service and create a more welcoming environment for shoppers.

  Not a great customer service experience. I was next in line and the bakery manager, Ryan simply blinked at me instead of acknowledging me or asking if I needed help. No one offered assistance at the catering desk either. Unfortunately this reflects a larger decline in customer service I’ve noticed across CM locations. I will not be returning to this store. Cool FIFA cakes though! Though my dad’s birthday cake (tres leches) was not moist at all. 0/10 would recommend.

  I've had such a great experience with Central Market's curbside pickup. Same-day pickup is about an $8 fee, and honestly I think it's very reasonable. I never feel like I'm being nickel-and-dimed or ripped off because the convenience and service easily make up for it. I work a busy full-time job so anything that helps me make the most of my time is worth it. My order slip said Janelle prepared my order, and if she's also the one who brought it out to my car, she was absolutely wonderful. She bought me a water bottle when she was putting my groceries in my car and then she saw my dog and asked if she could bring him one of the dog treats they carry. She came right back with one, and it honestly made my day. Those little moments of kindness are what keep me coming back. Great products, amazing customer service, and a curbside experience that's actually worth paying for. If you're on the fence about trying it, I'd absolutely recommend it. 10/10
