  My meal was made completely incorrect. No sauces either. The pita chips were so stale that one cracked when I threw it on the ground. This establishment also has a lot of gnats flying around. Go elsewhere.

  one day i came in for a quick bite to eat. just something to fill my tummy up. i walk into cava expecting an ordinary experience but instead was greeted with a soul touching atmosphere. i walk to the line and was in the kind presence of a young man named adrian. he gracefully served my cava bowl with electricity and a warm smile made from cava. i asked him what sauce he would prefer as it is my first time and he bestowed garlic dressing. amazing choice, intelligent man. i finished the plate clean. i then go the very next week, the atmosphere was even more breathtaking somehow. i see another young man, aidan. he also serves my cava bowl with such precision, giving me the best scoops i’ve seen someone serve in my 39 years. the restaurant was booming this time of day and he was a very excellent small talker. made me chuckle away. the cava experience and the food is delectable and if you see any of those gentlemen there you should feel an honor. if i could give 10 stars i would, i love cava.

  Best CAVA in Dallas! I’ve been living in Dallas for 6 years and always walked to this CAVA. I never made a review until my favorite manager in DFW, JESSE said I owe them one after coming here for 6 years. Even got free pita! Delicious and helpful staff!

  I went to dinner there around 7pm and the person mentioned that the dip is completed and pita chips completed and not willing to replace. Also I bought cup for drink. He didn't even bother to give the cup until I asked twice . Cava is one of my favorite places but sometimes fav places also disappoint with service .

  Unfortunately, this was an underwhelming experience. Two of the main components of the meal were served cold, including the fried pita strips. The staff appeared disengaged and didn’t seem particularly concerned about the issue. After notifying them that the pita was cold, I asked for a fresh batch to be made. However, the remake was overlooked entirely, and I had to follow up again 15 minutes later. In total, I waited about 25 minutes just to receive the pita strips. The combination of cold food, lack of attention, and poor service made for a disappointing visit.
