  Mariah was the best! She had such a great attitude and provided amazing customer service. She was so respectful, patient, and welcoming throughout my visit. I truly appreciated her kindness and will definitely be coming back when she’s working! ❤️

  The cashier at cava said he will give me a free drink if I write a good review, then proceeded to charge me $16 for my plain chicken bowl. We all know plain chicken is suppose to be $11. Not a deal at all

  Angie provided outstanding customer service at CAVA! She was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I had a great experience. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out, and she made me feel valued as a customer. Employees like Angie make a difference and are a great reflection of the CAVA brand. I appreciate her excellent service and will definitely be back!

  I am devastated to write this because I usually receive the best service, but last night was terrible. I stopped by to have my favorite chicken and rice bowl because I was in the area. Usually, the atmosphere is spectacular, but not this time. A slim girl wearing a black hat named Angie gave everyone a hard time. She had a terrible attitude and disrespected everyone waiting for their food. Each second, all you would hear was sighs of irritation. I was happy to leave with my food, but man, you would think spending $30 meant good service.

  Ordered on Uber Eats, and paid $107 for two green + grain bowls. Bowls were missing half of the extras we ordered, and it was $5 for a side of crazy feta - they did not even fill up the ramekin, it was just one scoop. Eggplant dip included with the bowl was literally half a teaspoon. The shrinkflation and enshittification of everything is outrageous. Bowls were half filled! Will not be ordering here again.
