Gregory was SO KIND to me today. I was literally having a rough day today with a difficult child and with stroller. I had never been to cava. I got my child settled and then ordered, he gave the food for free which I wasn’t even expecting and it honestly made my month. Then he came over and gave cookies to the little guy. Honestly, it was so unexpected and you don’t see that in people anymore. I will definitely be back! Thank you Gregory! You need to be promoted!

I used to go here literally everyday. I have not ordered from here in months and now I know why. Every time I order from this place it’s always a disaster. Placed order at 930 arrive at 10pm they do not have a protein ready so have to wait for it. Ok cool I wanna cancel the order well you can’t cancel the order thru the app have to email them. Place is a disaster especially at night it’s always unorganized. They will text you saying order is ready when it’s not. I will not be returning not sure how this place has high ratings.

This place was absolutely fantastic! I literally drove 30 minutes to come to this location specifically, mainly because of how great our experience was with Gregory’s costumer service. He was very attentive and funny! He let me taste test any item that I was considering, and didn’t make a fuss whenever I asked questions!! The manager was also very kind and attentive as well!! Would recommend this location to anyone in the Dallas area.

I witnessed Gregory exhibit one of the most admirable displays of patience in a restaurant I have ever seen. The customer changed their order and asked him to re-do it multiple times which was unfair to the restaurant and him. I would have told the woman to leave the store, but Gregory remained calm and worked to satisfy the order to the woman’s liking. God Bless him! Outstanding level of professionalism and service.

Very disappointing customer service. I came in to pick up my order and the younger employee kindly told me it wasn’t ready yet, which I completely understood. However, the shorter, older Hispanic woman (small tattoo on her forearm) working there said in Spanish, “Si ella lo quiere, que se espere” (“If she wants it, she can wait”) and then laughed while looking directly at me. I was the only customer there, so it was very obvious the comment was directed at me. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
