  Food is good, but the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE !!! Both employees that made my bowl made it very clear they did not want to help me.

  I love this Cava! Went tonight and Mierah was so sweet and accommodating. She introduced me to the rewards and helped me with the app! I’ll definitely be back.

  Best place to eat here in Dallas. I come here often because the service is Amazing! Most places are hit or miss, but this location is by far is a Hit. Kish (I think she is a manager) has the sweetest personality and best customer service. I honestly enjoy coming here to relax and eat good. Thank you 😊

  Wen two days in a row, Friday and Saturday bothe days I was on a break between both of my jobsThe lady that helped me on Friday around 3:15 pm didn't seem pleased to have to take my order but it was great nonetheless. Went back on Saturday at around 3 pm on a break between both jobs and the young lady that greeted me was more pleasant. I would definitely come back but maybe when the other lady isn't there. I got a make your own bowl with salmon in Friday and a Spicy meatball one on Saturday and bithe wee awesome. I'm trying to eat a little healthier and this was a great start

  When you’re paying $40 for basically for two simple bowls of food, the fact that they don’t even have plastic spoons or knives is UNACCEPTABLE! And the beef I had in my bowl was not tender and tasted more like rubber.
