- EHEsme HV3 days ago1.0I just left this location and was excited to get the free Cava mini key chain with ANY purchase as the email I received stated. As I walked into this location on Turtle Creek. I believe the employee was part of the management team that approached me (8/27/26 around 2pm) because he has the Cava black collar shirt on. I told him “Hi do you guys still have the mini key chains I was pretty excited when asking he said yes and I told him I’m going to purchase a lemonade to get the key chain” and ” He stated within the lines “So you just came to purchase a lemonade to get a free key chain?” with an attitude staring me down I felt very uncomfortable at this point so I didn’t even ask for the key chain anymore I just purchased a lemonade that I AM PAYING FOR. I always buy from this Cava during my lunch time since my job is close by. I have never felt this uncomfortable before as this individual made me feel. Businesses top priority is to make someone feel WELCOMED AND VALUED not like a bother as I felt while I was at this location today 8/27/26.

- JHJ HAug 13, 20264.0Cava has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants that I frequently come to while visiting from out of state. This location is just as consistent as all the other locations I have been to. Food was fresh and the service was really good.
