  Probably the worst and dirtiest CAVA. Careless employees, sticky floors and tables and just not the cava experience you would expect. Please close the place do a deep cleaning and reopen. Just bad.

  Came here from out of town for lunch a couple times this week and the service is hit or miss, i came during the lunch rush today and the lady that starts the orders was texting when i walked up.. she noticed me and asked what base i wanted in my bowl, i asked for salad and a LITTLE black lentils, she put a giant scoop and when i said oh i wanted just a little bit she looked super annoyed and asked if i wanted her to remake it. It made me uncomfortable. The rest of the service i felt rushed to order even with no one behind me, the line was backed up for check out. I came in the other day at the same time and the service was way better, i felt welcomed and not rushed at all, i didn’t like feeling like i was an inconvenience this time.

  Today was my first time at cava and Monquell gave me the best suggestions for my bowl ! Definitely 10/10 , I will forsure be back !

  Alex and Monquell provided excellent service at CAVA. They were friendly, professional, and made sure my order was prepared with care. Their positive attitude and great customer service made my experience stand out. Because of them, I’m now a new CAVA customer and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Alex and Monquell, for making my visit a great one. An EXCELLENT one 👊
