  Brenda and victor were very kind and helpful, I had never been here before and had no clue what to order. They told me to try the chicken and rice and it was amazing. Thank you again Brenda and Victor!

  best CAVA in dallas Jerald and Christian helped me get my order very kind and insightful with all the allergies I have, give them a raise !!! had a great experience and of course I loved the food as well very sanitary and clean restaurant!

  I’ve completed a cava feedback survey but unfortunately did not know the young lady’s name at the time. I found out yesterday that her name is Aaliyah. Her customer service is always amazing even when she hasn’t been the one doing my order. Very refreshing personality! She genuinely deserves all the kudos. My food is always good at this location definitely one of the better locations.

  came here on a semi raining day and i expected fresh food but my falafel was stale and soggy at the same time. i know fresh falafel is crunchy on the outside. i also got extra harissa chicken which was way spicier than usual i could not eat it! pita chips were even more stale than normal maybe they had been there for a while but it wasn't edible, had to throw those out. I could hardly bite into them. i love cava but sometimes it's a hit or miss with their food/service.
