  What do you call a place that you go to once a week like it a self care ritual? Cava that’s what, I’m in here so much I know the staff faces by heart. They are always so kind and accommodating, the restaurant is always clean, and overall the experience keeps me coming back. I love it!

  I was really disappointed with the poor level of service and quality I experienced at this location. Typically, I visit various Cava locations all over Dallas, and I have never had to mention that I am a First Responder; my visible badge usually earns me respect, appreciation, and a warm welcome. However, during this visit, it was the complete opposite. I felt disrespected, offended, and unwelcome. Moreover, they did a poor job assembling my meal and even charged me extra, which I suspect was just for the color of my shirt. If you have a choice, I recommend avoiding this location

  This location consistently serves fresh, high-quality food. The staff is both professional and welcoming, making for an excellent experience. Highly recommended. Hopefully, I remembered correctly: the person who helped prepare my order, whose name was Carla, did a fantastic job.

  I’ve been going to Cava since it first started in the Virginia/DC area, so I know what this place is supposed to be. This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid $15 for a bowl that didn’t even come close to filling half the container. That’s unacceptable. The whole concept of CAVA is quality portions and consistency, and this location completely missed the mark. On top of that, the employees were rude and clearly didn’t care. There was zero effort put into the food or the customer experience. It honestly felt like they just didn’t feel like operating the “CAVA way” at all. Between the poor portions, lack of effort, and bad service, I won’t be coming back to this location again.

  I had a great experience at CAVA thanks to Vince. He provided excellent customer service from start to finish—he was friendly, patient, and very attentive. He made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and didn’t rush me at all. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving customers a good experience.
