I’ve been at this location twice, and each time I’ve had Denzel serving me. He’s a great speaker and very chill. I’ve seen him greet other with positive attitude and accommodates us the best way possible.

My first time trying CAVA and the food and customer service was absolutely amazing. The lady at the front was so patient with me and really explained the different options and flavors.

Finally coming around to write this but a few days ago I visited this location and OH MY DAYS the girl behind the counter Alex is AMAZING!!! She helped me with my order to absolutely PERFECTION answering all of my questions and overall made my day so much better!! I usually don’t write reviews but this girl deserves a raise!!!!!! p.s genuinely thinking of writing her a hand written letter thanking her for her service and being such a positive person!!

Melissa was not helpful with the order. Asked about the salmon but wasn’t helped with suggestions. Ended up getting a Greek chicken pita and a mediocre steak bowl that was barely filled and had no rice so maybe that’s why it looked sad. Very disappointing. Training employees is imperative to a successful business. Maybe spend some time coaching on how to build the food items on the menu. ✌🏻 Edit; I came in the store and was greeted by Michaela I think her name was and omg 100% better experience than last time The harissa steak bowl was filled up, delicious, and all around satisfying. The customer service was great with Michaela. She was very helpful in helping with suggestions and very sweet. I will come back TY Michaela you are a fantastic employee.
