I’ve recently visited this CAVA location twice for order pickup, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. During my most recent visit, I came inside to pick up an order and planned to purchase a bowl as well. I was the only customer waiting, but an employee came to the counter area, washed her hands, and began cleaning without acknowledging me or asking if I needed assistance. Since this was well before closing time, I decided not to order anything else. I did appreciate that another employee offered me fresh pita chips with my pickup order. My previous pickup experience also had issues with order quality, missing items, and a sanitation concern when an employee touched the inside of a water cup with the same glove used while ringing up the previous customer, leaving visible residue inside the cup. I shared feedback about that experience through the order survey but never received a response. I still decided to give this location another try. Unfortunately, after two disappointing experiences, I’ll likely avoid this particular location despite enjoying CAVA overall. I hope management can use this feedback to improve the customer experience, order accuracy, sanitation practices, and follow up on reported concerns.
