  First time here and does not disappoint. I got myself the chicken and rice and I was in heaven. Wish the was more of a cover patio to put fans out as inside is full

  I have been a die hard Chipotle fan for over 20 years. After going to Cava for the first time today, I gotta say Cava has alot more flavor at a much better price.

  I’ve been coming to this CAVA location for a long time, and until today I’ve always had a great experience. The service was friendly, the food was fresh, and the portion sizes were fair for the price. Unfortunately, today’s visit was completely different. The food quality was disappointing, and the employee serving my meal gave very small portions. When I politely asked for a little more, she acted as if she didn’t hear me. The customer service was poor throughout the experience. To make matters worse, when packing my order, she placed my drink cup inside the bag with my food, which was unprofessional and inconvenient. I hope this was just an off day because I’ve always enjoyed this location. I wanted to share my experience in hopes that service and quality improve.

  Amazing food! The staff today actually decided to give out free meal! Never had this experience for the past years, they declined my tip and says there's no need as well. Thank you for being so kind!

  I am had given this restaurant 5 stars but demoting it down to 4 overall maybe 3 ONLY bc the app did not let me pay or order the subs online on 2 different occasions and after multiple attempts on these different days with different payments so I had to go a place my order in person these different times. The services of the employees and everything was good but is disappointing that l cannot order online to save time.
