  Ordered cava for the first time with the cava app because I thought it would be more convenient but when I got home with my food the name on the bag was mine but the food in the bag was somebody else I immediately got back in the car drove 25 min back to cava to get my order and when I got the there the food that I had was a Uber Eats order and they just gave the Uber Eats guy the food I had just opened and then gave me my order that was just sitting there I asked for some store credit because i wasted 50 minutes of my time going back and forth and the manager there offered me 2 free drinks

  Sooo good definitely recommend coming here and getting the steak+ feta and building your own bowl great atmosphere and amazing service I was amazed clean place and positive vibes all the way through definitely not my last time coming here yummyyyyy!!!

  We always enjoy coming to CAVA after church every Tuesday, and Junior always provides such great service! He’s very polite, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The food is always great, and we truly appreciate the amazing service! ✨

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience at CAVA in Addison, TX. For the amount of money you pay for a bowl ($16.72 is what I spent), I expect to at least feel like I’m getting what I paid for. When my bowl was being made, I noticed that the portion of rice was extremely small, so I politely asked for a little more. I was immediately told it would cost extra. Then we got to the vegetables, and once again, the portions were noticeably skimpy. Normally, I might have brushed it off as portion control or company policy. However, what really bothered me was watching the bowls made for customers immediately after me. Their bowls were adequately portioned and filled without them having to ask for anything extra. That made my experience even more frustrating because there was an obvious difference in how my bowl was prepared. I also asked to have my protein placed on the side, which is a pretty simple request, but the employee seemed bothered by that as well. To top everything off, the avocado I received wasn't even ripe. I don't expect anyone to overload my bowl or give me something I didn't pay for. I simply expect consistent portions, decent-quality ingredients, and courteous service, especially at CAVA's prices. I shouldn't leave feeling like I had to negotiate for a reasonable portion while watching the customers behind me receive properly filled bowls without asking. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling like I absolutely did not get my money's worth. CAVA Addison can and should do better, particularly when it comes to consistency and customer service.

  Cava is always reliable when I want something fresh and healthy. The staff at this location did a great job balancing the three items I ordered on the line without messing anything up. If you’re after a fresh Mediterranean bowl with good service, you won’t be disappointed.
