  The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was as good as it always is. This is my preferred location of my preferred wings place. Parking is easy in the below ground garage if the surface lot is full. Keep in mind that this is a place with sports on all the TVs, and cheering fans watching those TVs, so if that’s not something you’re into, this might not be the best wings place for you.

  NOT getting BACK! I’ve given this location multiple chances, but unfortunately the experience has been consistently frustrating. On several visits, I was automatically charged ~$3 for their tablet gaming system — even when I didn’t use it. The first time, I paid because I wasn’t aware it was optional and no one mentioned it. After that, I made a point to tell staff upfront that I didn’t want any gaming charges. Even then, I’ve still had to catch and ask them to remove it from the bill. Each time, removing this charge takes an unnecessarily long time (15–20 minutes), which feels unreasonable for what should be a simple adjustment. Service is polite but very slow overall, especially when resolving billing issues. It honestly feels like the system is designed to slip this charge in and hope customers don’t notice or are in too much of a rush to question it. Food quality is also inconsistent. Portion sizes vary significantly from visit to visit — sometimes you get a generous serving, other times noticeably smaller portions (especially fries and wings) for the same price. That lack of consistency makes it hard to trust the value. At this point, I can’t recommend this location for food. It might be fine for grabbing a beer, but if you’re looking for reliable quality and service, there are much better local options nearby.

  Bad service , waiter seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was rude. Asked for a to go box and only gave us 4 and needed 5 . Everytime we tried to ask for something she’ll just leave and couldn’t asked for another box because she was no where to be found . My dad needed another box for his food and she saw my dad carrying out his food with his hand and proceeded to ignore us.
