I also ordered for my sides baked barbecue beans, which had a really nice smoky flavor and I also ordered the mac & cheese. The mac & cheese was overly salty was not a fan of that and as a treat, I was looking for banana pudding, but they did not have any so I got the peach cobbler, which was OK I asked for French fries as a side, but they did not have any not sure what the issue was overall was OK

- TCty colemanAug 10, 20262.0Tried this place 2 times since it’s right down the street I thought I’d give it a try. 1st time I got a brisket baked potato through Uber Eats and it was good. It second time I ordered someone took the food and not the Uber driver and they refused to remake the food. How is it our fault that they did not confirm who they gave the food to?! Unfortunately Uber driver wasters 30 min of his time trying to help on my behalf with no result but for me to “reorder again through Uber”. 3rd time I went in person and tried the 2 meat plate. This time the meat was DRY and the Mac n cheese was super wet and not cheesy AT ALL. Very disappointed in their customer service recovery and poor food quality. Unfortunately I won’t be back even though it is down the street. Will try the other bbq joints in the area in hopes of finding a good spot I can regularly eat at. Restaurant seating area was clean. UPDATE….. I went to Smokey John’s on Mockingbird and it was HANDS DOWN much better! Better choice and quality sides as well 😮💨

I threw one lump of fat out before taking this picture and I don't eat raw meat. Waste of money and trying to hide it in the bun. Shame on you whoever is in charge of chopping the brisket and thinking you can put raw me meag and lumps of fat. Never again Big Al.
