  Came here for lunch with my son The crab bisque and cilantro lime tacos were delicious! The sesame ginger chicken salad was really good too! Saturday’s soup is a great choice too, tomatillo is one of my favorites Brenna is an amazing manager, so sweet and a joy to talk to Good to see everyone! Kena and Allan were great too! Made sure everything was good 😊 Great food and amazing service!

  We had lunch at Bazille today and WOW. We’ve been several times before, but today’s lunch was so good I had to tell the world. This place does not get nearly enough credit. First off, Brenna, the manager, was such a joy to talk to. You can immediately tell how much she genuinely cares about the guest experience and about the restaurant as a whole. We ended up chatting with her for a while and it honestly made the experience even more fun. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and completely on top of it during a very busy lunch rush. Now the food… SO good. We started with the tomatoes and burrata and I genuinely could eat it every single day. They hand pull their burrata in house… like COME ON. The balsamic glacé? Incredible. The house made pesto? YUM. It tasted unbelievably fresh and for around $13, it’s honestly one of the best values in Dallas. The hot honey chicken sandwich was INSANE. Perfectly crispy, flavorful, messy in the best way possible, and one of those sandwiches you keep thinking about hours later. And the French dip… I’m serious when I say it was better than Hillstone’s famous French dip. That is a bold statement and I stand by it. Absolutely top notch. We finished with the crème brûlée which was also delicious. Bazille is such a hidden gem. Scratch kitchen, house made sauces and dressings daily, seasonal cocktails, solid wine list, great pricing, and genuinely good hospitality. The Amelia cocktail was fabulous too. Yes, it gets a little loud at lunch, but honestly it just adds to the energy. The kitchen and team are hustling and making magic happen back there. Big Nordstrom fans already, but the food at Bazille deserves WAY more hype!

  I had never been but saw online they had French Onion Soup so away I went. It was a delightful lunch. The menu was surprisingly affordable. I had the soup which flavorful and oh so cheesy. Also had the cheese biscuit which went very well with the soup. Service was prompt and friendly. My only complaint was lack of Co2 in my Dr. Pepper but its hard to be perfect. Will go back.

  Nordstrom has lost its identity. Visited the Nordstrom café yesterday and left disappointed. The food was mediocre — our crab bisque came without crostinis, and the fish and chips portion was extremely small for a $25 entrée. The service has declined as well. Nordstrom used to be known for excellent, top‑tier service, but now it feels inconsistent and mediocre. The overall experience no longer reflects the standard the brand was once known for. Since the pandemic, the decline has been noticeable across food quality, service, and the store environment. After years as a loyal customer, I’m planning to let my Nordstrom credit card close and take my business elsewhere.
