The ice cream is still good and they still have pralines and cream, the service is quick and pleasant. I was served by a white girl with a pink shirt, buns and glasses. She was nice and up to date on a bunch of comic stuff, had a great conversation with her about Pokémon. The banana split she made me was great. Honestly it’s nostalgic still seeing the store after all this time, it’s been here for 50? Maybe 60 years. I hope it lasts long enough so I can take my kids here one days.

Instead of cookies and cream, it had Reese's peanut butter and we did not discover this until we were serving the cake. Thankfully no one had peanut butter allergies. Called the store thinking this would be a quick fix (process my refund and remake the cake) but instead the owner (Ann) seemed to question if I was being truthful. She indicated that her staff did not have any memory of making that type of cake and she asked if the pictures I sent to the store manager was the cake that I picked up 🤯 She requested more pictures and let me know that an investigation would need to be done. And that IF she could determine that a mistake was made THEN I would get my refund processed. So the store makes a mistake but the assumption is that I'm not being truthful despite sending multiple pictures to the store manager. The fact that it had to take multiple phone calls before there was true ownership of of a pretty big mixup is absolutely insane. I will say that Lorenzo the store manager was apologetic when I called and definitely handled the situation properly. However, the first phone call from Ann is the one that really did not sit well with me. Even when she followed back up to communicate that basically they mixed up my cake with another customer's cake, she still seemed to justify her initial reaction making a statement that being in Oak Cliff sometimes people are not honest. I literally told her she needed to pick a different neighborhood if she felt that way about the community. During her second call, I declined to her offer to have the store remake a cake and just requested my refund. This is the second BR location that has messed up my son's birthday for the second year in a row. Last year, despite putting in an order a week early (at a different location) I received a call 30 minutes before pick up letting me know they couldn't make the cake. I had no plan B so had to figure something out quickly from somewhere else. I chose this location because it had better reviews and my son loves ice cream cakes but I will definitely not be patronizing Baskin-Robbins anymore. I wish I had read more of the reviews for this location because if you do some digging you can see that my experience was not unique. Do better. When mistakes happen, take ownership.

It is one of the last of the original Baskin-Robbins stores and is still exactly how it was some 65 years ago, so you not only get the wonderful sights, delectable smells, and sweet tastes of creamy Baskin-Robbins world famous "31 flavors," you also get a big dose of nostalgia from a period when American dreams and ideals were sweeter, simpler, and so much more down-to-earth than today. Youth and hope were in the air. America had defeated the Nazis. To walk in is to channel tens of thousands of hopeful memories — childhood birthday parties, ice cream cakes made on demand, teens visiting on Saturday nights... decades of Americans enjoying the rewards of industry and hard work. At that time, the nuclear family was still strong. Thousands of homes along Kiest Blvd and Hamptom were all new. It's worth going to this BR in particular just for the positive nostalgia, but you'll enjoy the ice cream, too. Hit this place before it's gone.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?

You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
