  Arrived at 9:57 didn’t realize they closed at 10 something told me to google it while sitting and they literally let me sit in drive thru from 9:57/10 . Crazy cause all I wanted was a med curly fry… being pregnant that’ was on my mind

  The location on spring valley and the toll way I ordered a roast beef, double and asked to add cheddar cheese on it once I got to the window I Notice that she only charged me for a regular classic roast beef. I let her know politely that I ordered a double with cheddar cheese. She then got upset with me and shook her head like I did something wrong. This is unacceptable customer service and she should not even have a job with Arby’s If I was her manager, I would let her go today. Customer service skills are horrible and PS if you ever get curly fries from this location, they will always be cold and you will only get crumbs of curly fries. I recommend not visiting this location at all.

  I don't know why there is such negativity online about Arby's. Their food is great and the price is not bad. Just try it and you'll like it!

  Along with my shake and soda, I ordered the Ham and Swiss combo with a charge for a side of cheese with the combo. And also ordered an additonal side of cheese. When my order that was packed by Arby's for Ubereats was recieved, the extra cheese I was charged for was missing, no straws for either drink, and the sandwich was completely smashed with very dry overcooked pieces of ham. Will not be ordering from this location again.
