  We couldn't have picked a better place for dinner. The evening was wonderful, and the food made it even more enjoyable. I ordered the salmon, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, while my date loved the filet. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Everything came together for a great dining experience, and we'll definitely be returning before long.

  ​***** Exceptional Dining in Addison ​Al Biernat's North continues to deliver a true five-star experience. ​For the table, we started with the seafood appetizer tower, which was absolutely fantastic and incredibly fresh. For the main course, I had the New York strip cooked to a perfect medium. Pair it with the potatoes—they are second to none. ​Between the flawless execution of the food and the top-tier, attentive service, this location is highly recommended if you are in the Addison area and looking for a premier, five-star meal.

  I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Impeccable service, and top notch food. Everything was prepared perfectly and our server, Chris, was excellent. The manager, James Gee, was very welcoming and had great stories. We will definitely be back.

  AB’s continues to be one of our favorite restaurants because they do something incredibly difficult: they deliver exceptional quality and consistency every single time. A very special thank you to Ahmed, who took care of us during a pre-Father’s Day dinner with my three daughters, my girlfriend, and her daughter. Ahmed was outstanding - professional and attentive. He elevated an already great experience and made us feel truly welcomed. This is exactly why AB’s has earned my loyalty. And, as always, James oversaw it all and ensured the evening was exactly what we’ve come to expect: perfect. Well done, Al Biernat’s.

Walking in, the service continued to set the tone—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hostess, Michelle, our waitress Bebe, and the manager on duty, James Gee, all moved with intention, making us feel less like customers and more like valued guests. Al Biernat’s has built its reputation in Dallas on high standards, consistency, and a true commitment to quality—from premium cuts of meat to refined hospitality. They have two locations, and while we dined at Al Biernat’s North, I’m confident that same level of excellence carries across both. Bebe stood out in a major way—knowledgeable, confident, and dialed in. She understood the menu thoroughly and had a great sense of what we were looking for, guiding us with recommendations that truly elevated the entire experience. That level of service makes a difference, and James Gee’s presence as manager reinforced that standard of excellence throughout the restaurant. I ordered the dry-aged ribeye, crusted with peppercorn, and it was exceptional. Perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and incredibly tender—the knife didn’t cut through it, it glided. Each bite delivered that rich, buttery depth steak lovers chase. My wife ordered the filet mignon, and it was just as impressive—cooked to the perfect temperature, incredibly tender, and full of flavor. We sampled each other’s steaks, and the reaction was instant—one of those unspoken “this is special” moments that great food creates. We also ordered several family-style sides to complement the meal, and they were just as impressive—well-prepared, generous, and full of flavor. The ambiance is smooth and inviting, creating a relaxed yet upscale environment that enhances the entire experience. As someone who’s enjoyed steakhouses across the country, I can confidently say this one sets a high standard.
