- ECestephania cano3 days ago1.0The workers on shift around 6 PM on July 7 were rude from start to finish. No greeting, bad attitudes, and they acted like taking our order was what they were least interested in doing. The drinks were gross, watered down, and tasted nothing like they should have. Also, why do y'all keep promoting the keychain if you've been out of them for hours? That's frustrating and misleading. I'd like to speak to a manager about the customer service because this experience was completely unacceptable.
- AAamerica3 days ago1.0ALL of the girl staff working july 7, 2026 at 6pm had a terrible attitude right as we started ordering. First, we didn’t get greeted, my friend asked the employee for a suggestion on her drink & she straight up responded with “i wouldn’t know”. When we got to the window the employee didn’t say a word to us and just handed us the drinks. Why are we hiring people who hate customer interaction for a customer service position? Not to mention both of the drinks we got were nasty & watered down. Also, yall never pick up the phone.
- JJJust Jay4 days ago5.0I always have a great visit to 7Brew. This occasion my pup got a cup too. I enjoyed my Sweet n Salty chiller as my pup enjoyed his pupcup. Employees are friendly and personality plus. I visit 7Brew every city I find them as I know my coffee is going to be a tasty frozen treat to keep me smiling throughout the afternoon. Thanks Brew Crew for being awesome!

I had never been to 7brew but everybody loved it and my personal favorite was the banana bread blondie. So grateful for their support on our event and excited to see. how they continue to impact the community
