  Absolutely dismal experience from start to finish. I placed my order through the app expecting the convenience it’s supposed to offer, and instead got a masterclass in incompetence. Thirty minutes. That’s how long I sat waiting for an order that was already placed and paid for — no explanation, no apology, no update. Just silence. When my food finally showed up, the attitude that came with it was somehow worse than the wait itself. Whoever brought it out acted like I was the inconvenience, not the other way around. If you’re going to make a customer wait half an hour, the bare minimum is basic courtesy — instead I got attitude and indifference. This isn’t what “fast food” is supposed to look like. The app promises speed and convenience; this location delivers neither. Management clearly isn’t training staff on basic customer service, and it shows. I won’t be back, and I’d think twice before recommending this location to anyone who values their time or wants to be treated with a shred of respect. Save yourself the wait and the attitude — go literally anywhere else.

  Drinks are great just make sure to remind them to add your cherries to cherry limeades lol 😆 my son said the food was "soooooo good mom" there was a glitch with the screen and I wasn't able to add her tip or pay so that was a bit upsetting because they can't add tips when they run your card inside I couldn't read your name darling but shout out cause we appreciate you 😊 and if I see you again I'll have cash 😊

  Only nice thing about this visit was the gal who brought us our food. We waited 10 minutes at one stall only to eventually be told that the stall we were at wasn't working. Tried another stall, that one didn't work either. Had to try a THIRD stall twice, finally got our order in. The grilled cheese that came out was made with a stale end piece. I would rather scoop out my eyeballs with a rusty teaspoon than ever come back to this Sonic again. Do better

  Order on the app they didn’t get half of our food. Food thrown everywhere, and they were rude when we asked them to give us the food we paid for. Absolutely terrible will not be coming back spent $100 and probably got $15 worth of our food. Not impressed
