  Customer service was horrible they had customers waiting for an hour and I put my order in over the phone got there 30 mins later still was not ready the person waiting a hour was still waiting so I got a refund and went to another Wingstop so I can’t rate the food but I’m pretty sure it sucked

  The wings are great, but you cannot rely on their order tracker at all. What that point of ordering pickup if you have to wait 30 minutes past when the website says your food should be ready? When I got to the restaurant, my name was on the board as “complete,” but this was not the case. The entire front of the store was filled with people waiting for their food.

  I wouldn’t normally give someone five stars for messing up an order. But I called and talked to Tina, the store manager. She went over and above to get the ordeer straightened out. She is awesome.

  I literally have no problem waiting for food but when you walk in and place a order and they repeat it to you to make sure it’s right how can you possibly get the order wrong twice in a row first off I ordered classic bone in just to get boneless wings without the right flavor then they correct the flavor only for me to realize they aren’t classic wings they are boneless then get bone in wings wrong flavor place sucks don’t waste your money in a establishment where they don’t care that you spent it

  This is the second time this location has forgotten items in my delivery order. This time, our six-piece plain boneless wings were missing. Mistakes happen, but what made this experience unacceptable was the way I was treated when I called the store. I paid nearly $98 for this order, so I expected the same level of care and respect as any other customer. Whether an order is $5 or $98, every customer deserves to receive the food they paid for. I asked to speak with the manager, Angel, and explained that this was the second time our order had been incomplete. Instead of apologizing, she told me, “Why do you keep ordering here? Just order somewhere else.” When I asked her to verify the credit from the previous missing item, she refused to provide any details, saying she what ever your credit was. I also tried speaking with Cameron, but he simply passed me off to Angel without helping. I understand restaurants get busy, and I respect that. However, when mistakes are made, they shouldn’t be brushed aside. If Angel is the manager, this was an opportunity to acknowledge the mistake, support her team, and use the experience as constructive feedback to help them improve. She mentioned they have a new team, which makes coaching and professionalism even more important. Instead, I felt rushed off the phone and treated like my concerns didn’t matter.
