  I’m a regular customer that usually come in around 11-2 and on multiple occasions Martha been rude to staff in front of customers cursing and all . First time I thought maybe she just having a bad day. Buttttt a day turned into a week then into a bad month so I realized she’s just like that normally. I love this wingstop the food is always fresh but she brings the atmosphere down . On one occasion a staff member brought out my food we joked for literally a brief second on boneless wings and she yelled at him the store was not busy and like I said it was brief. I’ve asked for the general manager number and she refused to give it so I didn’t bother to go back and forward with her I just left this review I hope this gets to who it needs to. THAT WOMEN IS A TERRIBLE LOOK FOR WINGSTOP!

  Huge shoutout to Mario at Wingstop! He provided exceptional customer service and took fantastic care of my family and me during our visit. It’s rare to find such attentive and welcoming service these days. Thanks, Mario, for making our meal great—we’ll definitely be back!

  Worst food and worst customer service that I have ever dealt with in my life! Do not visit this location or get a delivery from there! You will regret it.

  I ordered 20 wings and large fries. I ordered All well done/ extra cook time. I received 14 wings and both wings and fries were under cooked, gross. I called the store, the mgr told me I was wrong he packed the bag. I told him I’m looking at 14 wings not 20. He told me too bad. I called corporate and they told me to grow up. Pathetic poor customer service. The lady from corporate told me I was support take the food back if it was wrong. But it was felt, I’m not driving to the store because the cook can’t count! They have lost a customer for life, but they genuinely don’t care. I’ll never go back. Update: you can see below where the “owner wants to make it right, that’s total BS, the web link is a standard form and there’s no way to talk to anyone. I have called “corporate” 4 times and basically there is no corporate, they don’t care. But believe me I WILL SPRED THE WORD ABIUT THIS HORRIBLE RESTAURANT FAR AND WIDE!! AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Until I get my lousy $40 back. Listen up owner man, you can find my number I dare you to call me and apologize and refund my money.
