  It’s hard to see but, I found this long piece of hair after biting my tender it was in my MOUTH! This is unacceptable. We went to wingstop around 3 and we ordered 5 piece tender combo and 10 classic wing combo. They messed up the flavors so we had to drive all the way back to get what we paid for.. and this happens, this is so messed up. i will be contacting a attorney soon as possible!

  Food delivered cold, now mind you, I do not have a DoorDash account. Ordered in WingStop online forum. Called them and the girl that answered the phone states, “ We didn’t do the delivery so it’s not our fault. Asked to speak to a manager, she came back on the line and said I would have to bring the fries back to the store to get them replaced. I said what about the wings? That’s not our fault. Asked for a manager again and just got put on hold.

  My friend and I went into Wingstop because we were craving some wings. We walked in and started to order, and the lady taking our order was rude. First of all, my food was more expensive than the app said it would be if I ordered online. Second, the lady had a rude tone with both me and my friend. I didn’t understand what she was saying, and she kind of yelled at me. As we were waiting for our food, she kept looking around with an attitude, and it made the environment feel very uncomfortable. After we got our food, we left, and I immediately called to speak with a manager. She answered the phone and said something along the lines of how can I help you. I said can i speak to a manager and was hung up on right away. That is not how customers should be treated—it’s extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After being hung up on, I called again and asked for a manager. She said, “I am the manager.” I explained that the lady at the front wearing the short sleeves had been disrespectful, and she immediately started yelling at me, asking, “How was I disrespectful?” She then claimed that my friend and I were laughing at her. We were not laughing at her. If you are going to work in a field where you deal with customers, you should never make assumptions. When she started yelling, I hung up the phone because no customer should ever be spoken to that way. If it is true that she was the manager, then she should be fired. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Town Lake location. Oder was taken at 9:36 pm on Saturday, May 30.
