  So this wing stop is so rude, and they're customer service is not good at all.One of the coworkers ask my son , if he sells drugs , not professional at all , they need to get new, management and co-workers asap don't even deserve a one star uniforms are not even professional

  I order 10pc all flat, the store gives me a mix a drums 3 of the drums are just straight bones like someone ate off my food, I called store at 11:43pm 7/24/26 ask for the manager she gets on the phone says I have to come back for a refund I said I can’t do that I drove far to get my food I’m not driving again. She said Wingstop does not give names after she stated she’d give me a credit for my combo, now in my entire life of living I’ve never went to a gas station, restaurant, a grocery and they wasn’t able to give at least there first name. Actually the wingstop on 290 gives names. She said she’d write my name in a book to redo my order so guess we will see. But this place is unprofessional and they are rude especially to be in Cypress these employee need to be in 3rd ward or something not a great location at all. Highly disappointed.

  I go between either this one or the one closer to keith harrow. The one by keith harrow I never have to double check the order, with this location I have to check it 3 times. I double checked it and they forgot to add lemon pepper on the fries and wings, when they returned it, they gave me the same wings and fries (with normal seasoning) and just smacked hella lemon pepper on top of them. I saw what they did and then had to go back and ask to at least mix the seasoning. When I got back home my fries were insanely salty and wings were unsatisfying. Not only that but my drink sucked. Not one to complain ever but it literally ruined my night. Its not my job to see if they made my order correct or not

  I ordered my DoorDash a little bit close to 20 minutes before closing and received it around 1 AM. And this is what I received not once did a worker dare to take the effort to make my food. It's not well done like I asked the fries are not well done ,they just threw the sauce on there. The seasoning is just in a pile on one wing none of them are covered. I am extremely upset, and I am very profound at the lack of attention and respect that these workers could have for their paying customers.
