  I’ve been calling since 1030. No one pick up the phone soon as I arrive to the store at 11 something they telling me the register is closed but yeah yeah food store close at 12 at midnight so you need to hire workers not Lacey workers. The people at Night Shift they too lazy

  This is the closest Wingstop to me! I constantly place an order while at home and come to pick it up. I placed my order by phone at 7:23pm, they gave me the total and told me it would be 20 mins. I went to go food from another place first then to Wingstop. I get there and they say they dont have an order for me. I go to my phone and ask if this was their number they didn’t know so I dialed it and the phones immediately rang. I dialed it again the phone rang so now I’m like well who did I talk to. There appear to be a new female employee working and another young lady clocking in to her shift with blue hair. She tells me well you didn’t call us but I can take your order now. Then she says “well you don’t have to order!” It pissed me off because no one was sincere, apologetic, or attempted to rush my order being that I had place an order nearly 25 mins ago. I placed the order and I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes. After waiting that long I realize she didn’t charge me for an extra fry and a lemonade that I know I ordered at the time of placing the second order. Still no apology or nothing. I’d rather go to Morgan Ranch at least the customer service is better. It’s always something whether my food is wrong and the manager is never available. For $50 for wings my order is paying for half of them to be at work for the hour. Treat me like you enjoy getting a paycheck.

  Horrible customer service experience. Employees at the cash register very rude. Told me not taking any order 50 piece and over. I told her that here and told me I will get my wings in about 50 minutes. Not taking orders. Horrible service.

  As a Dasher this Wingstop is easily one of the best locations I deliver from staff is great acknowledges us drivers and stays respectful. It’s also the only Wingstop I’ve been to that consistently prepares the drinks for orders no matter how busy. Overall it’s always a smooth pickup experience and I appreciate the effort the team puts in.👍
