Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

And they didn’t even bring it to me, I had to get out and get my already fussy daughter out of the car just to go ask where my simple Coke order was. Just to find out that they didn’t even prepare it to begin with! The restaurant wasn’t seven busy either. There were maybe 4 cars total at the drive thru and even a different curbside driver who came after me go their food before I got my simple drink. INSANE 😑

I asked them to please fix it and I got looked at like I was ridiculous and they said, "so you want them hard hard? They left em in there a little longer..." No. Ive eaten at Whataburger my whole life, they know how to make crispy fries. These look exactly like their fries always look. The color should be darker. It's not difficult... I feel a bit ridiculous for being irritated by this, but they so clearly didnt want to be bothered to make them how I ordered them and when I brought jt to their attention, they were obviously irritated. All it would have taken is an extra 60 seconds... I dunno, it is just so damn frustrating. The reason I didnt order a burger is bc I am picky and didnt want them to mess it up. I figured fries were pretty easy.
