Was so disappointed in the service when I asked for something or requested that something needed to be attended to. I had to ask multiple times to get the Strawberry/Lemonade container to be filled or made. The person working the counter told me twice I will get someone, but exactly she never did tell anyone or let any of the coworkers what needed to be done! Then the Sweet Tea container was empty & had to tell this same person multiple times & it never was told to any coworkers! I both incident, a coworker walked out of kitchen area & I was able to get someone to take care of it, but by that time I & my wife had finished our dinner with no drink to drink with it. This is a total shame that HEB just thinks that because they added this Barbecue area to this store that customers are going to accept this type of poor service! The store in Midland put this store to shame & this Bridgeland’s store just thinks that because it’s in this neighborhood that customers service isn’t a priority! At this point, I don’t think I will ever eat at this place again unless they make it as good as their store in Midland! I think HEB is becoming to big for itself & can’t handle all the issues it’s getting. Also inside the store in meat section toward back of store, the smell was so bad that we just decided to leave! You could smell the rotten smell of meat down the whole back of the store!🤮🤢

I was looking forward to this BBQ meal in the HEB BBQ restaurant, as I love the Midland Tx location, however, this one was a huge disappointment. My baked potato was cold, and the beef was so fatty and disgusting I wouldn’t serve it to my dog!!! I know brisket can be marbled and thats fine but this looked like what should be thrown away. I also ordered fried okra which was nicely fried but covered in so much salt I had to leave most of it. As for the service, both the sweet and unsweetened teas were nearly empty and tasted bitter, my husband asked multiple times if they could be refilled, I finally got a soda instead and to my surprise the first one I tried was out as well! I did finally see the tea get changed when we were leaving. I decided to bring my meat up to show the manager, ( I didn’t even mention the other issues) and all he said was oh, do you want some more, and looked at me like I was crazy! I said no, and left the meat. I almost never leave reviews but this was so disappointing I felt it needed one.

Expect delays, non friendly faces, and really untrained young people as the team to manage your order on the BBQ.
Sadly we always had a bad experience here, today is the last time we give them a try. Is either bad attitude from the staff, they never call your order so they forget about you and your food gets cold by the time you go to ask where is your food, and today we order from the menu and after 10 min they come to tells us part of our order is not available, so we request partial refund and the rest of our order to come. Turns out the only manager that can refund you is from HEB, and I believe they forgot to call him, and it took 30 min for someone to come and help us refund us. Then the rest of our order was forgotten as well, so we sit there with no food to wait for management for almost 30 min.
No apologies, the team on the restaurant seams young and you can clearly see the lack of management on that department. We speak to MIC from HEB, took another 10 min to wait for him, and he apologized and try to offer the rest of our the food on the house but by that time we where ready to leave.

The drive-thru cashier, Tylon, needs additional training. On multiple visits, he has taken my order incorrectly and forgotten items such as drinks, chips, and sauces. I now have to check the entire order every time and point out what is missing. His attitude also comes across as unfriendly and dismissive. I hope management retrains him in order accuracy and customer service—or finds a role that is a better fit. Customers should not have to repeatedly double-check that they received everything they paid for.

I just left after using the drive through to pick up my to go order. I ordered two sliced brisket potatoes and a gallon of lemonade. The woman at the window was polite, but not sure of my order. She didn't know that I had already paid for a gallon of lemonade and was looking at me like she was confused when I asked for it. Then she asked was I getting two cups of lemonade and I asked her could she not see my order? I made it and paid for it online before even leaving my house. When getting back home I dressed my potatoes and began to eat but every single piece of brisket was chunks of fat with no brisket or traces of brisket. I specifically bought sliced brisket potatoes to ensure that I didn't get a ton of fat. However, I got potatoes full of fat and literally almost no actual brisket. I'm extremely disappointed 100% all around. I cant even finish my food because it's a dressed potato that smells great, but is just beef fat with barbecue sauce, cheese, and sour cream.
