  ⭐ 1/5 Stars - A Masterclass in Doing Everything Wrong I came for a grilled burrito. I left with questions about physics, employee motivation, and whether “grill” is a foreign word I’m not familiar with. The burrito looked like it had been introduced to a grill, maybe waved past it from a respectful distance—like they were afraid it might be contagious. I’m pretty sure the grill attempted to help, then gave up halfway through like “Nah, I’m good.” But here’s the thing: the burrito was the least interesting part of my visit. Our MVP employee had apparently clocked in, physically, but mentally? He’d already left for his pickleball tournament. He set up what I can only describe as a semi-permanent residence in the lobby, positioned strategically between the napkins and sauces—basically claiming that corner as his personal executive suite. From there, he broadcasted his entire athletic schedule at a volume typically reserved for stadium announcements. Loudly. On his own phone. About pickleball. Oh, and he was ALSO wearing his drive-thru headset the whole time. Just… casually… handling actual customer orders while simultaneously living his best life on his self-approved break. Multitasking at its finest. Meanwhile, I’m standing there watching this man achieve the impossible while I’m holding a drink that’s clearly designed for a toddler—wrong size, wrong everything. But here’s my offer: Let me run this place for 2 weeks. I’ll have it as the best Taco Bell around. Guarantee it. Call me. (P.S. Sir, a break and working are two different things.)

  I went to this location yesterday ie 7-21-26 to pick up in the store. The food, drink(frozen) wasnt made until i picked up food, and service was good, my sauce was in the bag, napkins, and fork as well. However, today when I picked up my order, the drinks were already made dirty Pepsi and frozen drink. (The ice had started melting as well as myself frozen drink). When I got to my destination there wasn't any sauce, fork, nor napkins in bag. I don't think I will go back to the location.

  First of all i received the wrong order, asked for a Supreme Luxe Box (chalupa, beefy burrito, crunchy taco, cinnamon twists) and got a dorito taco, fajita taco, cheesy burrito, and nacho chips ??? I asked to customize my order in the drive -thru and the lady didn't seem to understand what I was asking. "It comes like that" yes i understand but i'd like to swap a taco out 😭 guess it didn't matter
