  This lady so rudee, i would say so bad in customer service. I been waiting for 30’ and she only do the online order and I asked when can I order she said do you see I’m busy right now ? Fire her please !!!!

  I have a lot of respect for people who work fast food especially at night but i draw the line when an employee is disrespectful. Mind you this is a 24h subway,I know the employees must be tired but if it’s 24hrs ,expect there to be customers most of that time. I come in for a late night sub and the employee has a huge attitude. slamming doors,tossing,not just putting food in its respective place,also interrupting you mid sentence. Good food but definitely won’t be coming here for a while due to the customer service.

  Set a mobile order outside the store. Pick up time was 9 pm went into the store at 857 and my order wasnt ready. They didnt start to fix everything until I got there. The store was empty. There were 2 employees one was telling the other what to do.

  Came here to pick up an online order and had a terrible experience. The middle aged lady working there was making sandwiches for a family in front of me at .25 speed. It took her like 7 minutes to finish a sandwich as customers piled in behind me. After she finally finished she didn't even acknowledge me and talked to the people behind me. After getting her attention she still barely acknowledged me and wouldn't even look at me as I asked for the order by name. She had zero sense of urgency or care that the store was piling up with customers behind me and continued to move at the speed of molasses.
