  The renovations are really nice and now they are open 24 big plus but the food was terrible over night crew needs more training . Waited 10 mins for undercooked food . The meat patty was so under cooked outside burnt inside raw. Raw enough to where I can roll it up and fry it again.

  I just wanted to get a drink. And I went through the drive through, I said, hello, they said, hold on, twenty five minutes later, six cars had driven off, and it was my turn to drive off too.

  Waited for 2 minutes at the speaker box waiting for my order to be taken and spent 10 minutes at the drive thru line afterwards. The first girl was really nice, but then they switched and the second one didn't even say a word. She handed me my drink and 6 minutes later gave me my food upside down ( everything spilled in the bag) and closed the window on my face. Food was alright but they really need to work on their speed and customer service. Wouldn't recommend this location.

  Ordered delivery through the sonic app, called to confirm if my ordered was picked up or not because it had not arrived. I spoke to the manager Loida who proceeded to inform me that my order was picked up by the delivery driver and should have been dropped off. When I explained my order was not delivered and was 20 minutes late and asked for it to be remade so I could pick it up I was told no you need to call doordash. I explained I did not order from doordash I placed it through the sonic app to which Loida told me sonic does not offer delivery(even though i ordered directly through the app for delivery). She asked me to call back in 15 minutes so she could call her supervisor. On the return call she informed me that her supervisor stated they would not refund my money or remake my order because it has nothing to do with them. They made the order and it was picked up. I need to contact the delivery service or place a new order through a delivery service. I can not contact a delivery service that I dont have an order confirmation for or contact information for. To which she replied then contact sonic corporate I cant help you. Update: Attempted to call again 7 times and they answer the call and immediately hang up.
