  Got our order and drove off. Took a sip off our drinks and we had no ice in them! No one ever said they didn’t have ice. There was so much traffic…otherwise I would have turned right back around. Tried to call, but only got a busy signal of course. Seriously? Say something to your customers before they place their full order. It was 100 degrees outside. We stopped there for a cold drink!

  Betty came out to my stall and double checked my order to make sure they got it right. Then she brought my order to me with a smile. What great service! Thank you, Betty!

  Food was very greasy. The chicken on the chicken sandwich 🥪 was burnt and tasted old. The French fries tasted like they had been sitting all day. The onion rings were good. I will return 1 more time to this location to see if my experience is better.

  It’s a “fast” food joint, so you gotta go in with your expectations set to low - this location even fails to meet those. It starts with a drive-thru speaker that has the volume set to like 1 or 2. Seriously, fix it because it exacerbates the next issue that all of the drive thru operators here just mumble in some semblance of English. The food itself is ok - we aren’t expecting Michelin star cuisine here but, boy howdy! does it take a long time for them to get a simple order out. Three basic drinks and an order of fries shouldn’t take 15 minutes. At that rate, the franchise owner should just close up shop, unless they’re using it for a loss write off for tax purposes. This location is obviously poorly managed with poorly trained staff. Guessing turnover is high and everyone is simply apathetic.

  The worst Sonic I have ever been to. Three times I've waited 30 minutes for a simple $2 drink. There were no other customers and the employees inside were just on their phones and talking. Other times food has been wrong and cold and do not taste fresh. The worst is the timing. Half of the times I have been and I probably been about 20 to this location over the years, the employees have trouble speaking English.
