  I had ordered a medium order sonic blast at this location 20 minutes ahead of time and it was supposed to be done at 8:19. I waited at a stall almost 20 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. I then proceed to the drive thru and wait another 20 minutes before a lady with a heart tattoo on her face approaches my car and explains that they had a mishap with one order and was backing up everything. When I finally got to the window, I tell them my name and they say they don't have my order. The same lady turns around and ask her shift lead that I had an order. Her shift lead tell her that they don't have my order and there's nothing they can do. I proceed to show them my order through the sonic app and she agrees that I had an order almost an hour past due. She looks around and "miraculously" finds my order right next to her. This is by far the worst customer service I've seen. If you're craving sonic DO NOT come to this location. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION.
